Mind Over Matter Meal Prep, Lutz FL

I have been using Mind over Matter for well over a year now on a consistent weekly basis. We love that you don’t have to do a subscription so that we can choose how many meals we need week to week to fit our busy lifestyle. The meal quality is so great that our friends and family even request some to have on hand for lunches when they visit us. Sometimes we like too many items on the weekly menu and order extra to freeze them lol. I personally think they are very accommodating when it comes to trying to consider all types of diets. They always have low carb and vegetarian options every week. The customer service (owner) is amazing and responds so promptly in answering questions/concerns. Also the huge added bonus that they deliver your weekly meals to your local gyms/health spots so that you don’t have to pay for delivery is just so incredibly thoughtful. I cannot recommend this place enough, so appreciative for the tasty and healthy convenience that MOM provides and we will continue to be lifelong customers.

This is my 3rd week. Love it. Perfect amount and very tasty. Love the low carb. Pick up is easy. Would recommend. I’m a night shift rn so I just grab and go. Wish I had tried sooner. But I’m hooked now for sure. Love love the macros on the labels. The menu is always changing which is great cause you get to try lots of choices. Keep up the awesome work!

I cannot recommend Mind over Matter meals enough. I have told so many of my friends, family and co-workers about the food and the service. I love that it’s not a subscription - just order each week that you want it. The food is like eating home cooked food that someone else made for you. It’s not processed or salty, and they include the macros so I know what I’m getting in terms of calories, fat, carbs and protein. I order MOM meals almost every week and am so grateful for their food and it’s convenience in my life!

OMG! I am picky eater and I AM LOVING THESE MEALS! They are so fresh and so good. I picked up my first order yesterday and i am hooked - Good job from changing the menu every week, to packing it gracefully in a microwave safe container to offering diff locations for pick up. Wow. Keep up the good work and standards. I will spread the good word around.

Every week we try something different and every week we like the meals even more. We have ordered from multiple different meal prep/ meal planning companies and Mind Over Matter takes the cake. The meals taste fresh, healthy and they offer a variety of flavors. We even enjoy foods that we normally wouldn’t even order or buy. You don’t feel like you’re getting the same taste/ flavor in every meal. We truly love the food! Thank you guys for making our life easier.

I can’t tell you how much this has saved my life, especially having a toddler at lunch time! It’s so easy and taste so yummy! I love that there is so many options!
