Don’t waste your time getting COVID-19 tested with CVS! I’ve been waiting for 10 days for my results and nothing! If you try to call them it is almost impossible to talk to a human. When I kept pressing “0” I was able to talk to someone who told me they could not follow up with the lab until it has been over 10 days since my test.

This was a total waste of time!

I saw Marcie Ambrose and she was wonderful. She explained things well and answered all of my questions. She was very thorough and helpful. I was pleased with my visit with her.

So I went to here for my lip being swollen and she says it’s infected may be a bite, or a infected pimple, she wasn’t sure wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. I was there for a minimum of 10 min and a max of 15 minutes for her to tell me that and then charged 139$. That is insane.

Have to go here sometimes because I get sick on the weekends. If you have something really basic - its fine. If you have something more complicated, she (the nurse practitioner that for some reason STILL works there despite her incompetence) can't handle it. One time I had a urinary tract infection. It was confirmed by test, but she wouldn't give me antibiotics! Instead she sent me to the ER and it cost me an additional $500 deductible to fix a basic infection. My mom has had the same issue - she had a cough, the lady freaked out and sent her to the ER saying she had pneumonia, which of course she didn't. She also refused to give me antibiotics for a sinus infection a couple of times because I couldn't verify that I had been suffering for over 10 days! She is not great at all. If the care spot took my insurance - I would go there instead. Think twice before going here. She is very kind though!

They were able to get my daughter right in! As well as quickly diagnose and treat her ear. Staff was friendly and helpful. Glad we went there.

Went in for upper respiratory infection and was prescribed 3 medications. All of them did their job and I was almost completely over it 3 days later after 5 days of worsening symptoms before I went in. The nurse was amazing; very professional and kind.
Wait was a tad long, but not a problem.

Showed up around 10: 00 and was third in line for treatment. I saw nurse Claire Byrd and she did a wonderful job of diagnosing my problem. I thought I had bronchitis but it turned out my problem was a double ear infection because of heavy ear wax, Claire did a great job of getting the wax out of my ear and giving me a prescription for the infection She was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend seeing Claire
when she is at this location. She works all over the area, so she is not always at this location. I would have given this visit five stars, but the wait was fairly long to see her. Now I know why. She doesn't take shortcuts.
Great job Claire.

Misdiagnosed a sinus infection face the wrong antibiotics and tell me I need to go back in for another evaluation and pay again! Get out of here what a joke just go to you physician don’t wasnt your time on theses clowns.

The information given when you call on the phone is totally inaccurate in the woman whom was working today on January 2nd as I guess the PA was the rudest woman I think I've ever come across all I was trying to do was to acquire birth control after spending almost all day waiting to be seen was told that they were unable to help and also seemed as if they were interrogating us just for birth control would not suggest using them

NP was very kind and calming with my son who has high functioning autism but is very scared of medical appointments. She was able to work with him and to help in ways that others have not been able to. Thank you.

Absolutely slowest service I've ever experienced. I suppose I should have researched online, but I went in for a PPD and was told it would cost $28. When I went back to have it read it ALSO costs $28 to have it read? !? !? Wow. Just wow. Avoid at all costs. There are much cheaper and quicker options out there!

Just returned from a visit to Minute Clinic, at first thought it would be a long wait but the doctor got me in within 20 minutes (and right before she went to lunch). She was fantastic, Better than my PCP, I will be back whenever I need care. Top marks from me, thank you!

Nice woman, but after collecting $130 i was told no narcotic drugs are prescribed here. Now its 3AM, I am in screaming pain, and advil is not helping. NEVER would return, urgent care is only a few bucks more, and they do prescribe drugs that help with pain.

After a couple of years - this lady is still horrible! She doesn't listen. She speaks scripted and condescendingly. I hear the same speeches over and over! She could care less about the human beings she is "treating"! If you go be prepared to be treated like a complete idiot! And don't plan on speaking to her. She can't be bothered to listen. She will fire off questions that require a yes or no. And that's it! Forget using your speaking skills with this one.

Was diagnosed with strep throat & given a Prescription that didn't work. When I called about it I was told basically too bad so sad, even though we didn't help you the first time you must pay again to get another script (that probably won't work as the staff is obviously not that good at what they do).
