Very easy, nice people. Great experience for someone who does not like or enjoy having to see a medical professional

I have been going to Minute Clinic once a year in the flu season. Even though there were different doctors, all of them provided impeccable service and showed great professionalism, very friendly and considerate. There’s nothing better than going into a clinic where doctors show that they actually care where you are in your lowest moments. I warmly recommend them!

Searched for "rapid" test location; when location was changed for availability, it scheduled With a location that did not provide rapid test although it did not reveal that. Upon calling to confirm it was for a rapid test, not only did they not provide rapid test at that location, they were canceling due to not having anyone to perform the test and everywhere else by then was booked. Ironically, they did find someone to perform the test and we are now on day 8 still awaiting results remaining quarantined. Do not recommend testing here unless you have plenty of time to wait.

Made an appointment, didn’t have to wait at all, the NP was personable and knowledgeable, was able to accommodate me and send my results via mail as I requested for my school. 5 stars for sure!

I schedule online ahead of time so I don't have to wait. Been there twice for ear irrigation. Both times I did not have to wait. Had a different nurse each time. Both very professional and proficient.

Rude, Insensitive, lazy, and Uncaring Staff. My son has a life-threatening heart condition. When we suspect strep, we try our best to get it checked out because it is damaging to the heart. We visited this clinic the day after Christmas. The practitioner claimed there were three appointments waiting and one was in session. However, there was NOBODY waiting and she was hanging out in the pharmacy. We asked about the possibility of seeing someone for a quick strep test, after having driven an hour to the clinic, and she first claimed she had patients waiting. When pressed, she finally said she had a busy day and lots of paperwork. She snapped at my husband saying, "Really? Take him to the emergency room". Well the emergency room is at least a $300 copay and she had NO PATIENTS!

Waited hours to spend 5 minutes in the office. 140 dollars to take my temp and blood pressure. Had severe bronchitis upper respiratory sinus and ear infections. Was given a zpac (strong five day antiobiotic) over a week later still sick no one will talk to you without being seen again, single mom no insurance cant afford that. Rediculous rude all together and no one at CVS itself will help you either. Dont waste your time going there.
