MinuteClinic at CVS reviews
15They should have more than one person working in the clinic so that customers aren’t waiting 100 years.
Easy online scheduling and check-in. The nurse practitioner did an excellent job with an ear wax removal procedure and took the time to answer questions and offer suggestions. He even walked me out to the store to discuss over-the-counter products he recommends.
If you are looking for health care this clinic has a really nice place in the back of CVS. Easy check in or schedule online. Staff is very kind
Terrible place zero customer service. Dont try and talk to a real person before going here it wont happen.
You have to check in at a kiosk with no real people around.you have no way of being seen that day, if the slots are full - even if not of the people who made appointments are there.
Venus the NP is amazing at what she does! She is very friendly and works efficiently. You can tell she truly cares about patients and loves what she does.
Swabbed each nostril 15 times and waited 30 minutes past my appointment for a covid test. Did everything as instructed and next day got a text the result was inconclusive. Are you kidding me. Ridiculous
Online it says open until 4: 30. I show up at 4: 10 and I’m told that they are no longer taking patients and are closed. Update the hours for when your closing or don’t send people away because you want to leave early.
If I could give it zero stars I would. No where does it say you have to book an appointment. So I went to location before it opened so I could be seen right away. Only to be told, by the rudest person ever, that if I didn't have an appointment I wouldn't be seen and that they are all booked for the day. Who ever that old woman is is the rudest I have ever experienced. CVS should be ashamed to have someone on their staff who is that rude. I will never use another CVS PHARMACY ever again. I will be moving all my prescription services elsewhere
While I can not speak to the overall minute clinic experience, I can comment on the Covid rapid testing and Lori the nurse who helped specifically. She was great! Awesome person to deal with and knowledgeable about her stuff.
Venus, the NP was wonderful and friendly. She took the time to evaluate my son who was having ear pain. She was very sweet and even allowed him to look inside her ear so he could understand why he was having pain in his ear. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful including the triage nurse. I highly recommend to make an appt to avoid waiting. I would definitely recommend minute clinic for minor care treatment.
Why would I make an appointment for a walk in clinic? Wait a week to go to a walk in clinic that had no patients waiting when I walked in? They did have one patient that was also told to make an appointment and wait a week. Last time I ever use a cvs for anything
We had been visiting Cape Coral for a few days when my daughter started having severe ear pain. I looked at clinics near our rental house and initially chose not to come here due to the reviews. We ended up coming in on July 5th anyway and I'm so glad that we did. The evening prior to our visit, I made the appointment online for 10: 50 and received a confirmation email. I got a call when we were driving there at 10: 35 from Leah, the nurse practitioner, telling me we could come on back when we got there. I was still a little hesitant about the appointment because of the bad reviews but I figured swimmer's ear is a simple thing so it should be easily diagnosed and treated regardless of the prior reviews. I cannot say enough good things about Leah. She was kind, thorough, went over medications with us that my daughter had been taking to make sure what she prescribed didn't create any reactions and she took care of all of the check in process and payment so I didn't have to go wait at another counter for that after she was done with her assessment. My daughter's ears were painful to touch and she was careful and patient with her while looking in her ears. She was truly wonderful and I'm so glad we chose to come here. I can't speak for the other provider that works here but call first and see if Leah is available.
If there were a way to make this 0 stars I would, I went today as a walk in, never expecting to see a 31/2 hr wait time, I still signed in and waited for an hour and a half, as people kept coming in, and because they had signed online they were taken ahead of me, I said something to the women working there about when I would be seen and she said when there were no more online people, I found her to be very rude, and there policy is unfair, will never go to a minute clinic, this was not my first experience, I went to one in Columbus Ohio, and they were great, I don't know how long this online booking happened, They say no appointment needed, jut walk in! But they just lost a customer, will never go to another minute clinic again
