The nurse that took care of my 6 yr old grand daughter clearly doesn't know what she's doing. She went in with pain in her ear and was told she had an outer ear infection and given drops. 3 days later she waking at night crying and with a fever and in horrible pain. Went to her REAL Dr and found out she has a HORRIBLE ear infection in 1 ear and a blister, in the other ear which hurts 10x's more then a regular infection. Gonna report this nurse. Big time!

The clinic will make it seem like they are helping you and spend your money. Then when it comes to follow through they drop the ball. Zero support, attitudes, failure to set up Rx
