After calling Staples and laughing at their ridiculous price, Minuteman to the rescue! 1/3 the price and just as fast with great customer service! They have my business from now on. Shop local and save a ton!

These folks are FABULOUS! I'd been using a different company to print and after unsatisfactory performance by them over the last few months, I found and tried out Minuteman Press. Quality, customer service, timeliness of delivery are all excellent. Won't be going anywhere else! Highly recommend.

The best customer service I have experienced with a printing company. I work for mortgage company and constantly need flyers last minute, and they always come through. They are fast, efficient, and have great quality. I highly recommend them!

I work remotely in Illinois with my colleague who’s located in Florida. When we needed some color flyers printed, I looked for a printer in her area that I could count on. A google search found the Ocoee Minuteman Press, among others. Speaking with Paul, the owner was a pleasure and immediately made it clear how much he cares about providing excellent printed materials to his clients. The price point was good, and he offered delivery as well. So, I placed the order for 500 flyers for the next day. That was today. The flyers were delivered to my colleague as promised. Did I mention that my colleague is kind of, shall we say, picky? Well, I just received a message from her. She was gushing. She wrote that the paper quality was amazing and that the colors simply popped (much better than the versions of the flyer we had printed in the past.) She said to be sure to keep this printer’s info so we can order from them in future. And we will. Thanks Paul & staff for a great job!

Terrible experience Ocoee location! - multiple times I have tried this place with lackluster results. Printed my business cards and when I got them they looked grainy and poor quality. Tried again with a full color book to print and after at least 10-15 back and forth with the staff they kept saying my bleeds, file sizes sizes were wrong -I sent the exact same file to another printer in town with no problems at all they said it was perfect and they printed it beautifully. The other printer was also a much cheaper price and printed a perfect booklet for me in 3 days- NO HASSLE.

Terrible customer service from Paul Roy!

He was clearly more interested in talking rather than listening, and "being right, rather than doing the right thing"!

Our company went to this location for a reprint of brochures as they closer to our offices. We approved a reprint that was sent to us not realizing that the colour of the actual brochure was very much distorted in the email we received and the brochures actually turned out pink rather than the original grey. (We are a cement block company and the original brochures were obviously grey like a cement block.)

I pointed out the problem immediately and instead of saying "I understand, let me see what we can do"! Paul was more focused on telling me about his expensive printer and that the previous Minuteman Press did a poor job, and maybe we should find another picture for the front. Bottom line, he was completely unhelpful.actually arrogant at times in his defense of "pink" brochures, and quite difficult to reason with. In 45 years of business, I've never encountered such poor customer service.

I had a very small print job that I thought might get done faster through a national office store. The quote from the office store was $55 and one week. Minuteman Press in Ocoee did it for under $20 and within one day. Their staff was incredibly responsive and professional. They have a new, loyal customer in me)
