Worst place to get the DIP. Walked out with horrible nails. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. And SA was rude enough to say it’s just the powder no worry.
Never coming back to this place again.

I've been to this salon twice now and have had great experiences both times. I always ask for Linda. She takes her time and makes sure that each nail is perfect. Service here in general is also great. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating. I've never had a long wait period either. They are a bit pricey but when you see the results, it makes it worth it.

I love it there. Every nail tech is professional and sweet as well. I’ve been going for 6 months and I keep going bc I get treated like I’m a Queen. I adore this nail shop.one stop for beauty, wax, nails, and massages.great place

I've gotten a fungus here on my nails and toes, btw I am a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years.its not clean

The first time I went in, I had an acrylic set put on that was beautiful and durable. No annoying chipping, raised edges, discoloration, whatever, you name it! Nail tech was great, very attentive and it was a great experience. I just left for the second time and had My tech who did an SNS set and it's the best SNS I have ever had. 100% will be returning and am happy that this is my new go to spot! No need to keep searching and trying new places!

It was good. They give you a complimentary drink. The only thing is.they didn't paint my nail all the way at the base so I'll have to get a rebase in less than 2 wks.

I don't understand why there's so many bad reviews. This place is great! Came with my husband for 2 pedicure, we didn't wait more than 5 minutes and the salon was full!
Linda took care of me and she's really dedicated, excellent massage and service.

One star is too much. I showed clear pictures of how I wanted my nails done. He made no attempt to even try. Every step of the process was rushed, impatient, and sloppy. What a complete waste of money.

Horrible experience.the host awkwardly starred at me from the door. She finally told me to have a seat and she’d send someone to service me. Several others came and were seen and still no one came to help me. I got up and left they were nonchalant about my departure.

A great and clean place, close to downtown Miami to get your nails done, the owners are nice and All the nail techs are very nice

Visited Miami for just a few hours before going on a family cruise and I had my nails ruined the night before. Luckily Ms. Martina was able to fix me up quickly and for a good price. It was very obvious that she takes pride in her work because she fixed all the horrible mistakes of the nail tech before without me even asking. And everything was fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in Miami. And if I ever go back I'll probably stop by again.

I used to go here every week. The guys technicians are not nice, super rude they look like they hate Their job, they want to be done soon and that’s it. Once I showed up with my dog I didn’t know they were not allowed the guy on the front desk I think he is the owner almost kill me, I guess he really hates dogs. I will never be back.

Just before New Year’s Eve I went and got my nails done at Mira nail bar Miami. From the outside the salon looks lovely and it was also busy which made me less hesitant to walk in. As it was busy I was asked to sit down and wait for the next available nail tech. Once the man was ready he took me to my chair and this is where the horror started. Being 15 I with a lot of other teens get judged by nail techs because we want long nails, as soon as I sat down I felt like he was judging me. Firstly he was shaving down my nails and he clipped my ring finger on my left hand. During the infil I asked him politely if he could cut them down and aggressively said “can you wait until I’m done with this”. Then when it came time to paint, my hands started to shake because he was a. Rude and b. Didn’t do a good job with the acrylic and he yet again was talking in an aggressive tone and he said “can you stop moving your hand” and “get your hand off me” at that point I honestly just wanted to leave at this point. He painted my nails and once he was done, my mum and I left. As I live in Australia it’s kind of hard for me to go back and complain about the service. Not only was it absolutely terrible but now my ring finger is badly infected and I could lose my actual nail because a nail salon can’t simply keep their tools clean. I feel terrible that it had to come to this but I’m extremely upset and in pain and i wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible customer service skills by the manager/owner christine.the techs are good but a place should be judged by the way they treat their clients. I was a frequent visitor of that place. But yesterday, my phone cover got acetone on it from somewhere on the table or something.the person in the store even told me yes it is acetone and call the manager/owner christine and gave me her number. I called her immediately to explain I just got the cover 4 days before for 50$ form the apple store and I could show her the receipt. SHe immediately yells at me without warning and tells me that it is not acetone. I tried to get a few words in her yelling in that maybe if she saw the cover first before judging if it was acetone or not and not yelling at me in a rude way.and then she continued yelling and saying that she's on vacation and hung up on me. I called her back, she didnt answer. So I sent her a msg that I will be posting this review online and that she lost a client and all my friends that I referred to. I dont care about the phone cover.it is the way she handled the situation and yelled at me.zero customer service skills.if you want to be respected, this is not the place cz I got treated like trash basically. I went back to the store to ask her for the owner's number and she said that the woman that I was on the phone with is the owner! I was shocked.how can an owner act that way. She texted back that she is in the mountains with poor signal and it hung up on its own. Well why didnt you call back or attempt to solve the situation via text. Everything should be handled even though you are on vacation. All i was expecting anyways was a sorry.not money back or anything.but instead I got insulted and humiliated. HORRIBLE. I told her she should take some customer service workshops. She definitely needs them.

I would tell you who my nail tech is but then she would get too busy ;). The salon is great for appts or walk ins. All the nail techs are amazing. Love going here and having a drink while in the chair.

Wow this place is great! Come in today around 1pm, they are so packed. They have a lot of technicians working there, can't believe it but I think that's great. But after 10 minutes I got the technician to take care of me. I got dipping powder and pedicure. Let me telling you they have so many choice in dipping powders, the pedicures as well. They also offer a complimentary drinks with so many option as champagne, wine, martini, Thai tea. Great spa, great services!

If your idea of a manicure is sipping wine while someone gently pushes your cuticles and polishes your nails, Mira Nailbar is the place for you. Great services, great Salon. Definitely come back again!

The specialist who did manicure for me cut my finger deep, made it bleed and said that I had come already like that!

Came in for a quick mani/pedi very late last night. It was very late but they still very busy, I thought I got no chance to get the services but they still took me in. For the price ($42) I paid for mani/pedi I think its very reasonable for this area. But the services is more than I expected. They use pedicure liner, nail buffer.brand new for each customer. That is very important to me. Then the good things is the drink bar. They have the drink menu for you to pick. First I thought I have to pay.but no everything is complimentary. I got the pink cozmo martini and it was so good. My mani/pedi came out perfect. Very happy to found this place!

OK, I admit I haven't had any services at this place, and I never will. I stopped by while walking with my little Yorkie one day. I saw the sign that dogs were not allowed, so I picked him up and walked in just to ask for a list of their services and prices. The witch at the reception desk looked like she would reach over and kill me because of this tiny dog that was in my arms. I have brought my dog with me anytime I get my hair or nails done, most salons are happy to accommodate us obsessive dog parents. Besides that, though, when I went in I was overwhelmed with the chemical smells. That is not healthy for the customers, but really not for the people who work there. Forget it. Not friendly, not healthy.
