Mirabella at Waterford Lakes, Orlando FL

This one is for Christine. I had made an "oopsy" and attempted to correct it but let's just say that didn't end well. After going to the office to explain the situation to see if there is anything that can be done. Christine listened and worked on as solution and got the issue resolved in my favor. Thank you Christine.

Living here has been very pleasant and the best complex we have ever experienced. The office staff especially LaTrenda has always been there when we need them for anything. The maintenance team is always on top of everything. Everyone is friendly and eager to help when you need them. The grounds are always well kept. It is a peaceful setting and the apartments themselves are very roomy. We love the layout! If your looking for a place to call HOME then look no further.

Expect the AC to be broken often and calling maintenance at least twice a month. The units are s**t. We have been living in the property for about 2 years and nothing has changed.

Love living here. Great location, amazing staff, very nice apartment and quiet. They truly get the concept of service and taking care of the residents and their pets. Fabulous facilities!

The first time I came into Mirabella looking to tour the community, I was greeted so sweetly by the assistant manager Jossie. She really made me feel like this is where I needed to be. She answered all my questions and was always available if I had any more. Now, this is my first week living at Mirabella, and I couldn't be happier with the apartment. Jossie and her team made sure everything was perfect for our move in.

I moved a month ago to the apartment I loved it but wasn’t what I expected for the rent so expensive that I pay there sincerely is not worth it. In less than 1 month I had to call maintenance 4 times. When I got the apartment it was not what I expected for the expensive rent. If I put all the stuff here I do not finish all the defects in the apartment. I hope the company see this and I hope do something about it. It is not fair that i pay so much when in reality it is not worth it.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE it’s disgusting. Even though my apartment is extremely clean it is still INFESTED. Complained to the management multiple times and filed multiple work orders. The guy comes, fumigates, and within two days they are back and just as bad. Just to put it into perspective, if the kitchen is left spotless and you go to get water at night, the sink will have EASILY 20 roaches as soon as the lights come on. It’s horrible.

New management turned around quite a lot. There is still a long wait to get contacted back for issues. I suggest calling and leaving a message (or calling multiple times until someone actually picks up) in addition to using the online system.

The maintenance staff are great, but busy. Most problems get a first look to be fixed within a couple days, but actual fixes may take longer.

Overall, this is one of the better apartments I've lived in in Orlando.

I came in to get information for a 1x1 unfortunately they didn’t have available for the dates I was looking for. The lady that greeted me was the assistant manager Jossie. She was amazing and knew her stuff! Every question I asked her she answered. She was very warm with a great smile and knew how to make me feel welcomed! I just wished they had availability because these apartments are beautiful in a very convenient location!

Best place I've lived in! Everyone here is so kind! Apartments are beautiful, Sheldon and his maintence team are very responsive! Sasha, Adrienna and Josie are all so wonderful too! Helped my get my new apartment! Thank you guys!

Rude staff. Went today to look at floor plans and as soon as I entered she looked me bad. She didn’t give full explanation about the floor plan I was interested and seemed like she just wanted me to leave. Bad impression for being the first time going. Disappointing.

Won't judge the entire staff, but today over the phone I called to inquire about my application status and was treated with the most disrespect over the phone and ultimately hung up on. I've paid my all my fees and jus wanted an update. Was told no one could help because my agent was off. The person on the phone was the assistant manager Josie. Couldn't get ahold of the manager clearly but I will have to go face to face to have this conversation today after work if I don't hear back from the manager who is suppose to return my call.

I'm a happy new tenant here. There's virtually no customer service over the phone, so you have to leave a voicemail or go see the office in person. But we did have a burst washing machine that they came and fixed up (including the wet carpet) real quick. Let's hope it stays that way!

Great staff, convenient location to the highway and shopping, and I love the new interior upgrades - very modern and stylish!

Liz was awesome;) very nice beautiful community all the luxury extras.maintenance crew and office have great communication skills… I just filled out the application and I am moving in very quickly smooth process thank you Liz you are awesome

I had a small stove fire in my apartment and between management and maintenance they were excellent. They flushed my vents, cleaned my carpets. They gave me a new stove. I can not speak more highly of this complex. Always on target and always with a smile. Highly recommended.

I stopped by to see if there was anything available -They did not have what I was looking for.but I was very impressed how friendly and nice was the lady from the office. Excellent customer services:)

Nested between Oak trees manicured lawns and healthy looking flowers. Walkways are joy as they are under the shades of the well trimmed Oak Trees. It is a clean place to live.
