I contacted Miracle City inquiring about an adaptive need. Big Ray reached out to me the very next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We talked options over the phone and scheduled an appointment. He was able to find the bike I wanted and the adaptive equipment I would need to get riding. Great place to do business. Friendly staff, no hassles. They hooked me up with a nice used Sportster. The parts department is always very helpful when I need items for maintenance.

Got the run around and more less pushed away from here. Went here with a known issue with my motorcycle only to be told to ride it another 1,000 miles and come back. Went to a reputable dealership and found out there was severe engine damage as suspected.this place is a joke.

Purchased a 2022 Low Rider ST El Diablo, #840. Donny and team were fantastic from start to finish. Gave a fair value on my 2018 Road Glide Special trade. Would definitely purchase from here again!

What a GREAT experience I had at Miracle City Harley Davidson! Top notch staff! Karlee ORourke Reagon and Cornbread aka Christian Jensen made a great team. Joe Fulk in parts was very helpful in choosing items necessary for my Heritage. The GM was extremely helpful as well. I rode from Hollywood, Florida to pick up my Heritage. This team did not disappoint, very knowledgeable staff and courteous. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a honest group of people. Keep up the great work and service!

Completely useless. Needed a HD bolt, they told me its too old and discontinued, 2003.
Wanted to sell me a whole new airfilter because i lost a bolt! Like.no.

Oh my goodness! This store should be called Hospitality Harley Davidson. The staff here is AMAZING! Every one of them is super friendly. We rode up during a downpour and walked into the dealership like 4 drowned rats. Jen greeted us, offering coffee and water. So we parked ourselves for awhile to dry off, and no one made a fuss. Staff was so helpful and kind and graciously listened to our stories. Raymond and Joseph made good conversation. Jenny offered cold adult beverages from her marketing event. Just genuinely nice people. So glad we stopped!

Wife And I walked in and a new salesman who was from Philly totally ignored us and disappeared after initially appeared friendly. I was interested in a red 2022 Street Glide special with a trade in 2014 Street glide special. He just disappeared without a word. We hopped on our bikes and drove towards Bruce Rossmeyer's in Ormond Beach. This dude won't last long.

A smaller Harley Dealer that has a very friendly and helpful staff. They really go out of their way to try to accommodate you. It's also one of the few Harley shops that tries to work off of MSRP and below which in our market is rare to find. They are connected to Miracle Mile Harley so share the same inventory and are willing to bring bikes over that may available there. This place is hard to find if driving by as it's located behind the shopping center. Check out for their weekend and monthly events.

Brought my 2016 fltru in for a rear tire, after removing the wheel, Jason, the technician noticed my rear brake pads were paper thin and almost metal to metal, which prompted him to inspect the front pads as well, there matched the rear. The service manager Joe called me to the back to show me, and gave me a quote, it was above my budget for all, so I asked them to do only the rear. Jason later came out to me and they cut me a deal and did all the pads in addition to the tire within the budget. These guys were professional, understanding and extremely helpful with my situation. Joe and Jason, I can't thank you enough, and my wallet thanks you too! Jason also pointed out a couple other issues which I need to address at another time! Thank you!

So VERY disappointed in this dealership & we have dealt with them since they opened. We were looking at THREE bikes to purchase & was told that we had till today to decide. We call to purchase & one of the bikes was sold! I totally get if someone else wanted to buy it, HOWEVER, if the was the case we should have been called since we were told we had till today to make the decision! They have 3 phone numbers for contact & not one of us received a call. All we got was an “I am sorry” from the salesman (Christian). They can’t even say that they weren’t sure if we were “really” interested, as we drove TWO hours to see & test drive the bikes. Won’t be doing business with them any longer, nor will I refer anyone. I wouldn’t if I were you either. SUPER SHADY & bad business practice!
7/31/22 UPDATE:
They have been given the opportunity to make things right & my friend is buying another bike that they found for him even though it is not the color he wanted. They made a deal last night & are supposed to deliver the paperwork today. My friend calls & can’t get any straight answer about the courier being sent. They have not shown up yet, so I will update you, IF they do.
UPDATE 8/3/22 I WISH I could say a nice thing about this dealership, but to say they totally disappointed us, is a SERIOUS understatement. They TOTALLY flaked on this deal! Ed, Christian, & Virginia all CONFIRMED this deal with my friend and all that was included in the deal. When the paperwork came, it DIDN’T include everything they had discussed. He called them to make them aware, all of them agreed that it was what they told him, but REFUSED to honor the deal, so my friend called it off. It is sooooooooo SAD that this would have been my friend’s first Harley purchase & he had such a bad experience with them. I PROMISE you that they are not a dealership of integrity! If they had been, I would have deleted my entire post & given them a stellar review! Not one of my hard earned pennies will go to this dealership!

Purchased my first Harley at Miracle City Harley Davidson. The entire group here was a pleasure to work with from the sales groups all the way to the management there. I will consider doing business here again even though it’s a 7 hr drive for me

Stopped by on a Sunday to look at a road glide. Stood around for 45 minutes to get a price and was told we’re sorry it’s taking so long and that they were under staffed. They had three employees two of which weren’t doing anything and one other customer besides me. After leaving my number thinking they would call me I called them two days later and they said they would have to call me back with a price. How do you not know what your selling a used bike for? Finally get a call back and it was almost 8k dollars more than the same bike two years newer at Palm Bay Harley. These guys are crooks and I will not be spending a dime there! Definitely shop around before letting them waste your time.
