Of all the miracle Ear stores I've been to I love Port Charlotte and the two ladies the best and most.
Lisa and Mitzie are my favorite. Everyone should use this store.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our visit. My mom is visiting from Michigan and was having a problem with her hearing aids. The Port Charlotte branch was very helpful in finding the problem.

My mom and I visited here after realizing she could not hear at all with her current hearing aids at their current settings. No matter what we did she could not really hear. She was missing out on conversations and had the television on so loud it was disruptive to everyone else. She was missing out on life.
We arrived at the Miracle Ear office in Port Charlotte with Lisa Eggers the hearing aid specialist and with Mitzi the patient care coordinator and it changed my moms life. We were warmly greeted by Mitzi in her professional attire of a Miracle Ear dress, offered coffee and she took time to contact the Ohio office. She offered her help and assistance while we waited.
Then Lisa Eggers took the time to examine not only the devices but also get to know my mom. She then realized mom could not hear so she took the time to examine my moms ears, but also removed wax and did a hearing test. She then fixed the devices so she could hear. Lisa then did a prescriptive test to check and loaded the necessary information on her cell phone so she could answer and hear using her cell phone. My mom can hear when I whisper. I was in tears. I never thought it would be possible. Miracle Ear performed a true miracle. God Bless Lisa Eggers and Mitzi.

My mom is 92 and very difficult to hear. After trips to Lisa at the shop and her expertise in trying different things with the new hearing aids, we finally left feeling like she could actually hear you. Lisa kept trying until she found a way to help her.

My hearing has improved so much. It’s like the lights came on for me! I’ve been to two audiologist and tried four different types of hearing aids. None of them worked. But this does. I think my wife likes them more than I do lol
