This is the best miracle ear location ever. Jim the owner is determined to make service a top priority. Lori the office women running the show does a superb job. Alex the tech is absolutely wonderful. He goes above and beyond to help my mother with the attention and service she needs. Thank you all.

I was visiting my parents when one of my father's hearing aids stopped working. I told him I'd save him the "hassle" and take care of it for him. Well they made me an appointment immediately, were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable that it would have been no hassle for my father at all! Renee fixed the hearing aid in minutes! So nice to know my father's in good hands when I'm not around!

I am from Virginia visiting my mom when I went to Renee to have one of my aids checked that wasn't working. She was very courteous and helpful. She fixed it right away. I wish all businesses had people like Renee working for them.

Wonderful experience at Miracle Ear today. We are here from New York State and my husband lost his cleaning brush for his hearing aids. The wax buildup was preventing him from hearing well. Sandy took time to clean them and give us a new tool. Her customer service was exceptional. Thank you again Sandy.

If I could give Sandy and this ME location 6 stars, I would. Sandy stayed open during Hurricane ETA so that she could take care of my Dad’s hearing aids. She did an excellent job cleaning and servicing his hearing aids and made us welcome - knowing she only was open for us. Thank you Sandy and we will be back!

I am relatively new to area and was pleased to find a place in Englewood. I am totally impressed with the staff and facilities. Sandy and Lisa are great caring folk with sunny dispositions. They are taking all precautions in regard to the virus pandemic. They readily respond to my issues and phone contacts. I highly recommend this Miracle Ear location without reservation.
