Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center, Winter Haven FL

Why are hearing so expensive? More people would get them if they were more affordable. Service is pretty goog.

Stopped in for services on my hearing aids and this location was great! Jeff and Betty were very friendly and made my hearing aids look brand new! The store was very clean and inviting. Would come to this location again.

Recently moved and had to switch to a closer Miracle Ear for services and was impressed by this one. Clean and inviting atmosphere and both Betty and Jeff were a pleasure to meet and were very nice. Would recommend anyone who needs hearing aid services to come here!

My mother has dropped in many times to have her hearing aids cleaned. They always make time for her.

Stopped to tell Betty that our dog ate my phone, she checked and told me that I still had a warranty on the hearing aids! Come to find out that I was golden until March of 2024. Betty was wonderful she was alone manning the phone and customers coming in remember the customers can’t hear much but she spoke clearly and loud enough for us to understand! She set me up a replacement for my missing hearing aid. I was pleased with her response.

I love visiting this location. The service is superb. Since you entered the office you are greeted by a friendly employee called Betty. She is very professional and provides excellent customer service. The give you follow up to remind you of your appointments.

Brian is the doctor who does your testing, fits you properly for your hearing aids and service your equipment to make sure all the updates are up to date. He is amazing.

I have been in other locations for hearing aids for my Mom & husband in other companies as well but this is by far the best. I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could. I definitely recommend them for all your hearing aids need. Thank you for your amazing service! Love it!

Had a great experience with them Brian explained about my hearing loss and how the chart was read better than Watson Clinic did I learned a lot from him and front desk Amanda was wonderful also great place.

Took my mother to see dr. Brian Thacker for a hearing test. It was the best decision we have made my mom who has tinnitus and has been struggling to hear for sometime now and had seen other doctors with no help. Not only did he help her it was a great experience lots of laughing and some crying. To see my moms face after he helped her was better than anything. Thank you!
