I had my tub refinished by Miracle Method in another location and was so happy with the experience that I'm a return customer in my new condo! Jake did a great job installing an Easy Step kit and refinishing my bathtub and tile. It looks like brand new and the tub was badly stained before. He got it done faster than expected and it looks fabulous.
I will have them refinish the walk-in shower in my master bathroom next!

I was so happy with how my bathtub turned out that I filled out the return card that came with my packet submitted it snail mail too! The did a great job bringing my glaze peeling tub back to new!

Called for info/quote and someone was out the next day. Work started on Monday of the following week and took 3 days to complete.all we needed was the tile in the bottom of the shower covered and painted, but it looks like brand new! We are very happy with the results and efficiency with which the entire process took place!

This awesome company first remodeled both of our bathrooms including, the tub, shower walls, fixtures and floors. They did such a great job we had them coat our ugly kitchen tile as well and it is truly beautiful. Their workers were professional, on-time, friendly, answered all questions and cleaned up everything before leaving. Highly recommend this great company!

I used this company a year or so ago. They came out and did a wonderful job painting my shower tile. We had an issue with some cracking in the base and along some grout lines. Travis came out and repaired immediately. Some time passed and we had more cracking and lifting. Today Travis came out again and spent the last two days stripping the previous job and repainting. He worked super hard and showed up early and go the work done. He kept things tidy as he progressed. I was called ahead of time and the office returned my emails. Overall, I know they have integrity and wanted to see this job get done and get resolved. I am very happy with much gratitude to having this problem handled and I feel confident our shower will last a long while with this new painting. Thank you Travis and Thank you Barbara. I know you both care. It was not an easy process for any of us.

Bathtub refinishing-cost very excessive with what they charged I could have bought a brand new bathtub installed and still I would have had money left over. Very disappointed.

Wow! On time, reasonable, fast. I bought a home with 2 disgusting bathrooms. I had no clue how to fix the mess. Along comes miracle method! The disgusting shower and tub look like new for a fraction of the cost of replacement. In the office I dealt with Kiley, wow! Knowledgeable and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience or outcome.

Don't ever call these people. Their service manager, Marc, seems like a good guy but the people he works for are something else. I have older Kohler cast iron fixtures in my bathrooms. The fixtures are matched in color and a sink in one bathroom began to show signs of rust. Marc came out and we discussed the job which was to refinish the dusky rose sink with the closest color match possible. He clearly understood. When the sink came back, it was hot pink. I called the office and was told that if I wanted a better match, I had to pay for the paint. Marc came out and apologized for the mistake and said they would take care of it. I mentioned that he office said I had to pay for the paint to correct the problem and he said he would see he would see that it was taken care of without additional cost. The next day, the office called and insisted on being paid for the paint. These people are either incompetent or colorblind or both. They made a mistake and somehow feel it was not their fault. Don't use these people.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to make my bathtub a walk-in shower, for safety purposes. Miracle Method did a wonderful job installing a step through gap in my tub, without even having to remove it. It was very cost effective and I feel much safer getting in and out of my shower!
