Miracle Method resurfaced a 50 year old baby blue cast iron tub into a brand new, bright white beautiful tub. Jacoi, inataller, was very professional, explained everything that was to be accomplished in the two day process. I can say everyone I have spoken to via phone or in person, from the office staff, the estimator, and resurface pro, have all been courteous, professional, and willing to explain the entire process. Exceptionally happy.

Damaged my drywall and took $50 off. Coating is already damaged and nobody tells you beforehand how delicate the coating is and that it needs special cleaning. Workers did not wear masks during COVID pandemic or mention the damage they caused. Could not get in touch with company unless they called me.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! We live in an older home (circa 1950's) and our guest bathroom had the original green and yellow tile. Besides the color, there wasn't anything wrong with the tile. Miracle Method worked their magic, making our bathroom an impeccable white and making it look BRAND NEW. Mike (our tech) was kind, professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Miracle Method communicated with the best example of customer service some businesses no longer have. It's much appreciated! They are HIGHLY recommended. You won't regret it!

I can’t say enough about the quality of work by our technician Victor. I was unsure about the process since I had never seen it done before. I just felt it was my best option since I could not afford to completely replace my old countertops. I had no idea just how amazing they would turn out. After shopping around for a bathroom remodeling options I came across this company. I scheduled a visit for job evaluation which I beleive is the right thing to do. They told me what it was needed and I told them what I wanted. After coming to an agreement I still were a little skepticle but since the difference between doing it myself and a liner were moons appart I decided to give it a shot. To my surprise it was done in two days not bad for me. The finished looked incredible. After a couple weeks the bathtub showed some signs of rust but I do understand it was in a very uncomfortable spot. I contacted them and they set the appointment and got it corrected right away. Overall I am happy with the job and the price. Hope it last. Ill come back here after some time passes and let you know how it goes.

My experience with Miracle Method is nothing less than perfect. After 20 years, my bathroom vanities needed a little facelife. There were a couple of wear blemishes on the Formica tops and they were also getting dated. As there were just a few marks on the top, replacing the whole counter was something I was hesitate to do. I wanted to repurpose what I had since the top was structurally sound so I kept putting off any improvement. I then saw an ad from Miracle Method in the Orlando Sentinel and was able to see examples of what they actually do. From start to finish, the process was easy and very non-evasive. When I called, Jamille immediately answered and an appointment was scheduled to show me samples. Chris, their representative, came out to my house within a few days. He was very informative, easy to work with and very patient while I was trying to pick out colors. We were still undecided on the color so my husband and I went to their showroom to look at samples and colors again and spoke directly with Jamille. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. We scheduled a date and time and Jamille said our technician would be Gabriel. Gabe arrived on time and was extremely efficient. He went out of his way to make the process easier for me and took great pains in ensuring that there would be no damage to anything else around the countertops. It was definitely a pleasure working with him. Lastly, I wanted to say that my husband was a little skeptical about how the finished product would look so he wanted me to add his comment to this review …. “Wow, I am extremely pleased with the results”.

I would very much recommend Miracle Method for any resurfacing needs and will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

Yesterday, I had an old claw foot tub refinished by Chris at Miracle Method. I have to say, I was very pleased with the work he did and the knowledge he has about this type of work. The claw foot tub looks FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend Chris and Miracle Method Surface Refinishing! Thank you for a job well done!

The work was substandard. There are wholes in the surface just days afyer it being done. Gouges that I was promised would be filled were not. Waited for 3 weeks for Chris to come back to redo the countertops and when he came he refused. He said i should have told him before he left. Well. Except that i was told to stay out of my house for 48 hours! I have contacted corporate and am attaching photos here. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!
