I took in my electric wheelchair to be checked because I heard a winding noise. The owner checked it out & told me it was fine & operated well. He then went over the entire chair & found missing caps & loose wiring which he fixed. These were things I was unaware of. And he also cleaned the entire chair for me. We offered to pay and he said you don't owe anything. We highly recommend going to Miracle Mobility for any of you mobility needs, you will be well taken care of.

Angel and Jennifer are Amazing! When we needed assistance because instead of having ordered 1 wheelchair somehow 2 separate orders where created and we received and paid for 2! I contacted Angel and along with Jennifer they made the process of returning the 2nd wheelchair so Easy! Because of a medical situation it took me some weeks to initiate the process and they assured me everything would be ok and not to worry about the deadline for processing the return as I contacted them just a few days before the expire date! I can't tell you how much that eased my mind! They assisted me every step of the way since I am not so familiar with the whole shipping and sending back an item. Angel even stayed in touch with me to make sure I received important emails and walked me through how to do the return! Honestly I'm not sure you can find that type of After the Sale Service anymore but you have it here at Miracle Mobility! For that we are forever grateful! Thank you so very much! Sincerely; John B.

I was in the market for a portable power wheelchair for traveling. Something I could fold and take along with me without fear of the airlines breaking my main customized power chair. I researched extensively between all the options, finally setting on a Miracle Mobility Platinum 8000 chair I bought from Costco and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Not only is the chair powerful with a solid battery life, the customer service from Miracle Mobility is also outstanding. Everyone I have encountered at the company has been beyond helpful, especially Jennifer. I was recently on vacation and I needed a new battery for my chair. Jennifer immediately shipped one out to me overnight along with a new joystick (in case I also needed one) and followed up along the way to make sure my chair was working properly. She literally saved my family vacation. I can confidently say Miracle Mobility provides quality products and they truly care about their customers.

I do appreciate Dan and Jennifer and the great service they have given us with the Miracle Mobility electric chair. It is so versatile and easy to operate. I highly recommend this dealership in Largo. We also just purchased a set of ramps to help make it easier to get in and out of our trunk. We love how this chair folds up. I’m enjoying the 8000 chair very much. It is exactly as it is billed to be. Small problem with remote not syncing but went to store in Largo and received instructions and Dan took care of everything. The service I received was above and beyond and very positive. So far everyone I have talked to with Miracle Mobility is very interested in helping solve your need.

These people provide incredible product, AND service after the sale. I had a part failure on my power chair, called them, expecting a person in a far off land who I couldn't understand to answer. I got a person right away, and within a minute or two they said "we'll send you a new one at no cost". I was stunned! Then they talked to me for 12 minutes about how to prevent such a failure in the future! Who does that today! They are amazing! I highly recommend Miracle Mobility!

Very thankful for Dan's assistance. He spent time with my husband and I getting to understand my mobility needs and how my husband provides care & assistance. Dan took his time. We tried out a few options and discussed what helped and what needed adjustments until we found the best aid for my needs.
I ended up with the Platinum 8000. It's comfortable, has plenty of storage, and if my hands are flaring too much, there's a remote my husband can use to guide me around. It also is able to be used in a manual mode. Very versatile.
It's very easy to charge. Quick to learn. Airline approved.
Dan was a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable. If we have any questions, we have no hesitations in reaching out to them. Very thankful to work with Miracle Mobility and happy to recommend others to them. Thank you again!

I change this to one star. I just purchased one and I wish I could say I’m happy with it, but it’s just the opposite. First, it is not meant for tall people if using the rollator part. I am 6 feet tall and in order to use the handles, I have to bend over. Having a constant backache bending over all the time, does not go well with multiple sclerosis. Since that part didn’t work out so well, I decided to use the wheelchair portion of it. That was even worse. The seatbelt can’t be adjusted, so it’s pointless. When I would point the joystick straight, the wheels would turn in a different direction. The whole thing would go off the sidewalk. If I’d been near water, I would have gone right in. I approached a crack in the sidewalk and forget trying to get over the crack. The device stopped abruptly, and I almost went flying off the seat. I would love to return it, but the cost of returning it falls on me which is about $600. Maybe I can try to sell it on Craigslist or Marketplace or something like that. Absolutely one of the worst purchases I have ever made.

I purchased a quality chair a few months ago and dealt with penny jennifer and dan great people had only a couple minor issues f you need service after the sale it gets taken care of same day if possible i have never met a business that cares about their customers like this i wish them nothing but the best

A couple days ago I was out and about with my 4N1. When I got to the store and was riding it through the parking lot, a woman in the space next to my car said; "Wow! What is that? Where did you get it? " I told her it was the 4N1 and was online at Miracle Mobility and shared with her how it is four items in one - a rollator, electric chair, a chair which someone is able to push you in, and a chair which someone else is able to drive for you - the lady was impressed and said she had never seen anything like it before and had to get one!

She has not noticed anything like the 4N1 anywhere else as they are new and unique. In fact, The Miracle Mobility 4N1 Electric walker Wheelchair Won the Gold award for best new product at Med trade 2023. A trade show for Medical Equipment.

I just purchased their Carbon Fiber 9500 electric wheelchair. The company is small and seems to make very good products. Angel, the customer service person, is extremely knowledgeable and is very helpful. I have had the chair for 1 week and it seems perfect for my needs.

Wheelchair screws keep getting loose and falling out. The battery pack keeps sliding out of place and stops the motor! First, miracle mobility agreed to send us a new chair, but same thing happened after we had the chair for 2 months. My son is 200 lbs, so that should not cause the problem. Now they will not give us any customer service! For shame! This chair is very very expensive to work for 2 months only!

Great customer service. I emailed them asking a question about my daughter's wheelchair. Angel called me back the very next day and was super helpful answering my questions and giving me tips on traveling with the wheelchair. Truly appreciated her time and her knowledge.

I've had my Miracle Mobility 9500 for a few months. It is great and the staff he have provided wonderful service for every question or issue I've had. I give them 5 stars but they deserve 10 stars.
