Mirror Lake Community Library reviews
12This is a really great small library. I don't even mind the little bit of extra walk to get here. This is my favorite library in st. Petes by far. Very quite very clean. This resource has massively helped me get alot work done and provided a safe quite space to get some work done and find jobs. The world needs more places like this.
I saw one of the security guards today put his hand on someone who fell asleep. Under Fl law thats battery. The guards cannot put their hands on the public.
Beautiful historic building.yes, unhoused people are there too, like everywhere downtown, but have never had a problem with quiet reading or working online.staff is very knowledgable and friendly.
The staff was wonderful to my children and I. The book selection was great. We were able to find books for the whole family to enjoy. And the craft kits that they sent home with the kids has kept them off their screens since we got home!
There is a great book selection. The building is really pretty, and it is maintained well. The library is medium-sized compared to others in the area. I frequent the North branch, and often the books I place on hold come from the Mirror Lake branch.
This is a good library, a bit small and it sure gets pack with homeless people. But, for research and getting books it's great.
What a beautiful building, and such an important community tesource. Thank you, Mr. Carnegie.
If you don't have a computer a little place to hang out during the day if you don't stay too long is it good luck place to find Sanctuary at if you're on the street but you got to come in and being clean and and I'm not being disorderly I was homeless at one time and I know what the libraries for research
My home library. Staff has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. Convenient to downtown. Tell them Eddie sent you!
An older library with good lighting for reading. Not packed, yet they were limited on seating for reading purposes.
We love Mirror Lake library. The staff at Mirror Lake have been an integral part of fostering my daughter's love for books, puzzles, and learning languages over the last few years.
