Horrible experience don't ever come to this tire shop. They stripped one of the bolts on the front right tire and had us wait for almost 2 hours while they attended to other customers who came in after us. Had to get the owner on the phone to ok a $7 fix lost time from work and owner is unprofessional and staff so rude. This is a safety issue they were wanting us to drive and get it fixed at the dealership without the tire mounted properly totally unacceptable will file complaint.

The worst experience I’ve ever had getting a used tire this place is unprofessional tire pop the day after I got it. I almost died on the highway. Brought it back and they charged me to Put a dounont on and fix there mistake. Do not come here you’ll regret it this is the worst place I’ve ever been to

NEVER AGAIN! Because of your sloppy techs I nearly could have been unalived! MY FRONT PASSENGER TIRE BROKE OFF THE LUG STUDS & FLEW OFF MY CAR ON 95! It wasn’t because of the tire size (235’s instead of 225’s like I called for) but your tech either over tightened or cross-threaded the lug nuts! I took it there to get 2 replacements on Aug 24th & driving away started hearing a faint noise that I could only explain as sounding like the spin cycle on a washing machine; it was closing time so it’s not like I could’ve turned around & took it right back) I went back the next morning; the woman was not there so the owner (male) helped me & said the noise was because it needed to be balanced & he will take care of it; the noise stopped for a few days; about 6 days after I got the replacements i started to hear it again but it was very faint; about a week & a half later the noise is louder & I attributed it to my car needing new brakes; on the night of September 12 I left to drive to West Palm Beach & before I reached Port St Lucie the noise was so loud & my car was shaking it sounded like the noise the washing machine makes when it’s off balance! That’s when I said it’s NOT my brakes ITS MY EFFIN TIRE ABOUT TO FALL OFF & I was over 1 hour away from home! I reached the MARTIN COUNTY rest stop & that’s when it happened…MY TIRE FLEW OFF & MY CAR SLAMMED TO THE GROUND RIDING ON THR ROTOR! My mom called the next day to talk to someone & the lady told her it was NOT your problem because I never came back to complain about the noise! It cost me over $5000 to repair the damage from your tech! I will NEVER refer anyone to your shop EVER!

The people at Missile used tire&new tires are great. Took less then 15 minutes and I was back on the road again, Thanks Guys

I called to see if they had a tire of my size, they confirmed they did but when I arrived and gave them my tire they ended up plugging it and telling me it was still a good tire. Paid half of what I would have had it been a replacement. I have to say it’s not too often you get an honest person selling you half of what they could have. I’m very happy and will use them in the future!

Had tire that fit my car, they had me out the door in 10 minutes! Price was very fair.

Terrible service my daughter was almost killed after a used tire they put on broke loose from the lug nuts on the highway. Excuses that it wasn't their fault after going there twice due to an unusual noise from the tire and supposedly repaired. 1 star is too good to give them! They blame her for the bad job they did for not checking the issue telling me she should have gone to a mechanic.

The people there are very helpful I went in with a dent rim from where I hit a curb and at first they didn’t think they could help me but when I explain my situation of losing my husband and had no help they fixed it and didn’t charge me anything But I did give him a very big tip worth it and if I have any problems or need any tires I’m going to this place because they are very nice and I’m pretty sure it’s family owned and they treat you with respect thank you so much for all your help missiles

Mi amigos! The crew are great. They are fast and reasonably priced. They got my slow leak fixed, patched and rolled out within a few minutes at noon on a Thursday. Highly recommend. They have top quality new tires and very well conditioned used tires. Don't overspend and do yourself a favor and come here. They got you!

Great service and great prices. I went to get a tire mounted on a 20" rim and what they charged beat so many other shops that I called.

Complete Rip Off. I would not recommend when there is much better businesses with better prices and quality used tires in the surrounding area. Avoid this place!

P.s to the Mr response! I brought my truck there and you wanted to give me 50$ for my tires towards a set of super used truck tires that were 30% tread life remaining that you wanted $300.00 for when my tires cost over $1,000 new and are easily worth $4/$500 bucks. I got tires at a different place much more tread life same tires for $220.00 all 4 matching mounted and balanced and I got to keep my tires lol. Ur a rip off buddy plain and simple.good luck Nickel and dimming ur way through life

Been there many times and now not interested in being a customer due to shady employees, on two separate occasions two different people did me wrong, one completely changed a tire when that's not what I asked, another charging me way more than what the owner told me it would cost. PATRONIZE AT YOUR OWN RISK.and yes, sometimes they have alright tires, but sometimes they don't, personally I wouldn't go with these people unless it's a really good looking tire

I picked up a roofing nail today. I got to the shop just before they closed. The gentleman were great. They plugged my tire without any issues. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them

Two front tires in excellent condition for unbelievable price. As a long time customer I can safely say I have never had issues. I give owners and employees 5 stars too!

Very friendly staff, placed a patch on a tire for me after picking up a screw from all the new construction going on in Palm Bay.
