Been there more times than I can count. Never have any issues. Strongly suggest getting the tire shine. It tends to last a week, even in rain. Gets busy from 12 to 1 ish. I believe they give 20% off within the first 7 days after your wash with receipt. And folks, don't be one of those people who hover and complain about everything. These kids don't make a lot. Be kind

I have been going there for 11 years. I had major scratches on my black car. I came back to have it detailed and the manager blew his temper at me. He told me with out of control anger never come back never come back not for a car wash. He's always like. I might have something but I don't. What.
He always shows anger not just to me and the prices are way to high
For 35.00 I will do. It myself. He kicked off the property

Terrible ownership/management. Service isnt good either but if the owner cared enough it wouldnt be.

Paid $40 for an Armor-All job.brought my car in on 3/31/23 hoping that I finally found a place to do a good express detail. I noticed as they were sending it through the bay, they only did half of the exterior in the pre-wash, even though the car ahead of me got both sides. I didn't really mind, because I was there for the inside. However, they missed several spots on the interior, and left it incredibly greasy with Armor All. On the way home, I noticed they didn't even clean the passenger side mat. When I went to take the mat out, I discovered that they ripped the hook out of the floor liner. It's a shame, I was hoping to be a regular at this place, but I'll never go there again.

There were three small areas where sunblock rubbed off on the driver side door, the passenger seat and head rest. I pointed the spots out to the gentleman who assured me they could remove them. YOUR staff neglected to remove the spots from the passenger seat and head rest after I was specifically told it was possible I was able to remove them at home easily after your business failed to do what they were paid to do.

Your response doesn't even address them ripping the hook out of my floor liner. I was going to give a higher rating until after I saw the damage they did, and said nothing about. They didn't even wash the mat- I had to do it myself at home.

Your responses show you don't care about your business. Do not be surprised when you close permanently, your attitude is bringing you there.

Great service for the price. Friendly and professional staff. Manager makes sure everyone is happy with their car wash. Highly recommend.

I kept an open mind about trying this location, and it started out good. The young man that greeted me explained why a service would be a better option than the higher priced before of the type of interior I have. When my car came out of the wash, they drove my car over the speed bump with so much speed that I thought they were going to scratch the entire bottom of it. What infuriated me the most was that the inside of my vehicle was not cleaned. Only the carpets were vacuumed. I spent $30+ for an outside wash and carpets vacuumed. Ridiculous.

Took my car here and I specifically asked for the inside to be wiped down and especially the windows. They didn't do anything inside. I had to do my windows and clean my dash. Not worth $15. The kid didn't even ask for the claim check I could have been anyone. Next time I'll wash my own apparently.

They do an excellent clean inside and out and were especially careful with my rear bike rack.

Ask for James when you visit mission Bell car wash! He did an impeccable wax job on my car and was so helpful and kind! He buffed out all scratches and made the wheels shine! He is their best employee by far!

I keep going back because of how close to home it is, but my car never seems fully cleaned inside. A couple great employees that work hard when on shift.

Called to inquire about car detail just now and was met with extreme attitude from the lady that answered the phone. My husband stopped by on the weekend for a detail they said they were full and in his words "the guy did not seem like he was interested in the business" and when I called back to see about coming back for a detail today I can fully see exactly what he is talking about with the we do not care about your business attitude. We have been customers for years and will never return. Heed the reviews from customers on here that are not valued by this business in the least.

Paid $40 for the ultimate car wash and the outside of my car is still dirty. They also didn’t vacuum very well and didn’t even wipe the windshield, doors or dash. I asked the young kid with curly blonde hair to wipe some stuff down and he did a better job. I knew my car was bad going in which is why we paid for the most expensive wash and gave a $20 tip but they did horrific job. I told the girl at the front desk and she said to tell them to do it again but by then there were at least 6 other cars waiting.

Could care less about breaking your windshield wipers… then the wash and vacuum are always rushed and not done well. I do not recommend this spot.

Had a whole bunch of love bugs on the front of my truck that were a pain to get off, I was skeptical how it would look after the wash but man did my truck come out looking as new as the day I bought it, 40$ well spent! Awesome job

WORST CAR WASH EVER! For $29.0. I expected quality service but what can you expect from a business that is operated by inexperienced personnel.

Purchased the ultimate wash and asked if they could vacuum my trunk. Interior was exactly the same and they didn’t do the trunk like I asked. Came home and did myself, so frustrating.
