IT Was a very clean, fresh smelling laundroy mat! Did I mention the price is the most affordable I have seen in miles. I have been to 3 in Tampa & 2 wesley Chapel. The machines work great! Like Brand new. Three Big loads and I was done Dried and out the door in 40 minutes. Robin Part of the Staff, she was very helpful and Sweet as Can Be. I enjoyed the free WIFI, TV and Petting the cats they feed outside at the picnic benches.
I'll be going there from now on twice a month for under $20.killer deal Thank you Mission Square Laundromat

Washer prices are reasonable.coin laundry mat down the road is just absurdly priced. Good working washer and good working hot dryers. Just got new coin drop machine and and atm for even more convenience.

There's an old woman who works here that talks to and treats people like they are not human. She is very rude and doesn't do her job well at all. She yells at people and tells them they can't bring their clothes in even though they show up well before the 7pm last load time. When people point out that it is not 7pm yet she rudely hollars, 'you're too late' repeatedly. She has done this multiple times to multiple people on different days that I have been there to witness. It may be an everyday occurrence. If this laundromat is going to change it's 'last load' time to a time earlier than 7pm, they should change their signs as well. The sign should say clearly, "last load at 6: 42pm" or whatever new time they want to change it to. She makes the cutoff time whatever she wants it to be and she's very aggressive about it. She also doesn't do anything else but walk around ranting and complaining and talking recklessly throughout the laundromat. She's so concerned with exerting what little power she thinks she has over people that she does not do her job well at all. Personally, I will never go back to this laundromat while she's still working there as an attendant. She ruins the entire experience and it is hard to block her voice out.

Some machines have been out of order for over 3 months, today was my last straw. The 80lb machine stopped working 5 minutes in. No attendant for 1/2 hour. When she came back she did the breaker to reset it said.good to go. No! My clothes are not clean, nothing she can do, owner not here, well then call the owner oh oh, OK. Left message because the owner, although she had been here, did not even bother to answer. Had to remove the clothes dripping in water and divide into 3, $5.50 machines because of the weight. Now my $8 load end up $25. So frustrated.

Been going here on off they were decent prices but could clean the dryers get out good.

They had a guy come out pull out ceiling tile crawl up and there was my just washed cloths on table next to his ladder. OMG was I mad. Sure you have problems get them fixed but close off that area. Stella said it was a emergency had to call
BUT don't think about the customers laundry getting full of insulation for crying out loud. Just stupid.
Not again, People go to work get insulation on them NOT the Laundromat.
No bother but that just teeeeed me right offff.

Average laundromat. Takes a long time to fix machines, place could be cleaner and dryers do not work the greatest.

Nice, clean place. Washers and dryers are not half broken like other laundromats in the area. Cheaper prices. More folding tables. Best laundromat in Z-hills. UPDATE: 2 years later, still the best!

Use to be great location however hours have been reduced greatly, prices raised and today there was nearly more machines out of order then were working.

Always clean, machines in good repair and vending machines for soap and change well stocked.

Had to drop it to 1 star. We went back last week at 4: 30 in the afternoon and of course the BIGGER side was closed already. So we are packed in on the smaller side trying to laundry. Remembered why we stopped coming here. There was trash all over the floor, and in the dryers. Watching other people with confused looks on their face also because the automatic doors are both locked.

This place has gone downhill for cleanliness. The folding tables need a good wipe down, the floor is filthy. A good many washers and dryers are not working. The only plus side is the prices are better than other laundromats.

Being my 1st time having to take all my pillows, blankets.etc. I had plans to use the "larger" machines however I wasnt very sure about how much to load.how much soap, etc.etc. The attendant, Robin was such a nice and helpful lady. I totally appreciated her time and help. What I had been putting off and dreading, this task turned out to be a very pleasant & painless adventure. Robin was very friendly & approachable. I noticed she was always tidying up. The place was nice & clean and the dryers were amazingly quick. I will return anytime I need to do my pillows & asst blankets, comforters and quilts.etc. Thanks Robin!

I cannot use my washer and dryer temporarily. I tried this place twice. It closes too early for day shift workers. Quite a few machines needing repair. If you lose money due to a machine malfunction, you have to put your name on a list and you don't get a call back. I don't wish to risk losing any more money with them. Also, one of the older evening ladies is not helpful. She complains that she can't help you and about her personal life more than I care to know.

It's gone down hill since the man not there anymore most machines don't work half the time it's not as clean as it was before

This used to be the best laundry around. Now more washers and dryers are out of order. The snack machine and soap/ laundry detergent machine not working. It's never clean anymore, the restrooms are not clean and today one was out of order. Very disappointed.

This place needs more larger machines that are in working condition. Sees like every time I go there towels are on the floor to soak up water. Place closes too early.
