90% of the time they are awesome. I did have to ask for them to vacuum again but did it right away no problem

As a member for over a year now, it was my 1st time going to this location and likely the last.

From the very beginning the gentleman with the tablet wearing the bucket hat (12/8/22 @11: 30am) offered no customer service. Didn't say anything when I greeted him (maybe having a bad day?) and then proceeded to print my ticket without giving me any instructions. Turns out I was in the wrong line for full service and had to back up and go to the interior cleaning line. He then gave me another ticket and still did not give any instructions or communication.

Wash was good, what you'd expect for a quality carwash machine. The hand drying was sub par. Water spots left all over the car. Bumper, door jams, fuel cap, trunk lid.all the details.

In the end the guy who finished drying the car asked me for a separate receipt which I didn't have. I only had the ticket they stick on the window. Goes back to the poor instructions and greeting from Mr. Bucket hat.

I didn't want to say anything and cause an issue while there so I left. Upon getting home in 10 mins is when I really noticed how much they missed. I spent 15 mins cleaning up after them. I tried to call and speak with a manager to give the feedback but no answer.

Overall the 1st gentleman (bucket hat) gave me a terrible impression of the customer services, which I hope and understand that not everyone at this location is like this. Then the hand drying was sub par. Not really what I expect for $70+ a month plus tips.

Can't say I would recommend this location. I rather drive farther and have a more pleasant experience and cleaner car at one of the other MCW.

I've been washing my car there since Jan21 and was having a great experience however recently I had a paint chip on my rear left.
I thought it might not had been related to the car wash itself. On the next week a dent showed up right next to the chip. On another week another dent (next to the other 2 damages) so total of 3 and I have to conclude it's the machine that's causing damage to my car.
I don't think the company would have interest in fixing that so I'm just leaving this comment to advise new clients that this car wash will eventually cause chips and dents to your vehicle.
Other that that (which is not a minor at all) they offer a good service for the price.

Used to love taking my car here but last time I went they refused to service my vehicle because it has a luggage rack on top. It has always had a luggage rack (came installed from the dealer) and they always serviced it before. I guess someone’s car previously got damaged so they no longer take them but it’s disappointing since they are the only reasonably priced full service center.

Usually in ok with the basic job for the lowest price today I decide to pay alot more to get my car really clean and I was very disappointed I did not go back to say anything because I feel like it was so busy that the employees were doing the best they can. I recommend you get your money's worth if your not happy say something don't be like me

My car was damaged by the machine and the manager did a incident report and send they will take car of it but never called I reach out a couple of time and when I finally spoke with the manager he stated that they stop paying out to fix my model car because it’s common that the machine damages Hyundai there is no warning or signs that states this before you get a car wash I wouldn’t ever get my car wash here again

I would suggest the express exterior wash which finishes the process with tire shining at the end of the line and a fluffy turning thing gets the water droplets on the windshield which is a rare thing in such places

Me and my husband took our car there we paid $80 bucks. 38 for my car and 38 for his car. They only took like 10 minutes i was so disappointed of the services, both
car look like nothing happens, still the same dust, they ask us what scent we want I choose vanilla, my car smell like nothing! I felt robbed. Never again.

They always do a good job. The staff is professional and the waiting rooms are high class.

Very mediocre service, i paid for the full service and when i pick up my car my windshield was still dirty with bugs

The facility itself is beautiful but the staff is lazy. They tossed my shoes, left trash in my car, and didn't spray a fragrance in it after I paid for it. The worst experience, wouldn't come back to this particular location.

I got the basic wash and they did a thorough job. Indoor waiting area was cool, clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed, in about 25 minutes.

The laziest vacuuming and interior cleaning I’ve experienced. Left a bunch of dirt on my seats and mats that were easily removable, I had to remove the dirt myself. Waste of $32 dollars and very disappointed with my service.

This Mister wash location is well managed. They always do such a great job. I had a chance to thank The manager today. Marcus was such a conscious humble man. I really appreciate him and his staff. I highly recommend this location
for all detailing service. They are quick and efficient.
