Mister Car Wash, Houston TX

I usually tip but I'm not sure as to why I'm tipping when I can press the screen.
I had to ask if I am able to go again. The gentleman was kind to let me go again. The first wash didn't everything, neither did the second wash. I didn't ask to go again since I just decided to go clean it somewhere else.
The reason I give a three is because they are a clean establishment, they were kind, and complimentary vacuum.

Usually like coming here for a quick car wash but the useless payment attendant pressed through the tip screen so fast I didn’t even catch him tipping himself $2 without even asking me. $2 is not a big deal but at least ask me first before trying to hide it by pressing through it so I don’t see it. Very unprofessional and sketchy behavior

Came to this place the other day looking for just a simple car wash. I understand that hot water helps clean dirt off, but the water here is TOO HOT. Caught my whole car on fire. And then afterwards an employee asked me for a tip. I didn't want to tip considering the property damage but (as an empath) I can understand what it's like to be broke so I gave him a dollar. I guess he didn't like that because while I was vacuuming all the ashes out of my car he came back to rob me! Got a photo of him running off too. Over all very unprofessional, will not be returning.

Great carwash, I've had the monthly plan for a long time and I like this location for the free vac. It is an express location not full service. Their equipment works well and the staff is very friendly. They also keep trash picked up and the trashcan are emptied very often. Zero to complain about.

This is feedback for every location. I feel harassed every time I visit and they ask for a tip. I’m a generous tipper, but I’m confused as to why I’m even asked to tip a human when I’m driving through a carwash with no human involvement.

I wish that they had better brushes to get the roof clean. The cloth straps that they use that go side to side do not do much of anything to get your roof clean.

Easiest way to get your car clean with good service, they keep the place clean and organized

As an historical member of Mister wash club I've visited numerous locations, but I've gotten used to the friendly attitude of staff at the Bellaire Blvd Houston location, in addition to the little fact that the vacuums there have stronger suction power than most other places which I appreciate. However the reason for the missing star is I've had to circle back thru the tunnel many times to get a cleaner wash. Please fix.

What I don’t feel comfortable and concerned about is that more & more frequently I am experiencing other clients that arrive at the vacuum stations and smoke pot and occupy stations, not cleaning car only talking on the phone while occupying vacuum station for hours at a time I talked to management about situation and they advised me that nothing could be done about situation I am they could not tell clients anything, which is a grave concern because it is only going to escalate it’s getting to a point where you don’t feel safe, also there’s tension one coming in the gates to wash the car all gates open at the same time therefore it’s a free-for-all and sometimes There are close calls, where people almost hit you with their cars I’m trying to get in car wash line, before it was only one gate open at a time and it was a lot more organized then now
I hope you address these concerns before it becomes a issue where I have to go elsewhere, Because I have been with y’all for a long time do you have a good people working for you I hope you can resolve issues thank you

Nice way to get a quick wash, it’s a self service FYI so you’ll need to vacuum your own car. I advise to take your microfiber towels to dry your car again. It is what it is, you drive through and clean it on your own. If you expect more that’s on you.

The staff is amazing at the bellaire and 59 location they always do a great job, very smooth process, and everything is very clean thanks to there awesome job!

First month overall has been great!

All for except one minor incident.my front license plates were pulled off my automobile. Have gone back each day up until this very day. And still no sign of a recovery. Understood that the lower water storage gutters were cleaned often but not frequently.

My concern at this moment is will MISTER WASH be held responsible for any “no license plate” ticket that may occur with daily usage of car.

It is good but I wish they start back dryer the car at the end of the line. That was something that I really like before.
