Mister Car Wash, Sanford FL

I moved recently and had to find a reliable car wash in the area with a monthly payment option where I can wash my car at least once a day or more. I am glad I found Mister Car Wash as they have a great business with multiple locations and the staff is always happy and welcoming! The line if there is one doesn't take long to move through and they have high powered vacuums free to use anytime. Thanks for the service and I hope it continues to be as convenient and pleasant as it is now!

I went to this car wash I was surprised when they didn't take cash. They only take card. This is not acceptable.

Mister Car Wash USED to be great. They bought most of (if not all) full service car washes in the area and everything was fine for a while. But then they started removing interior service from all locations except one and the line is insanely long… I never see it below an hour. I’m hoping another full service car wash moves into Sanford soon!

They advertised cleaning the inside but not at this location. Trying to find out which of their other locations provided that service was frustrating & not at all successful. Staff knew nothing.

I got locked out of my car and CASIDY went above and beyond to help me resolve this. I had no phone as it was locked in my vehicle and she help me by providing hers and being so attentive with helping me get updates on my technician ect. She flipped my day for the better. The service I received for my vehicle was impeccable and so was the staff there too. I wouldn’t have been able to get my car up and running quickly without her willingness to help me out and being attentive towards my situation. So happy it happened there and not anywhere else.

No prep was done at all prior to entering the car wash. The bugs were all still on the windshield, and the film from the mudpuddles were still on the quarter panels behind the tires. And I mentioned both to the young lady at the payment kiosk prior to purchasing the wash.

My membership includes interior and exterior services and yet again another location that does not offer full service.

Had to go through twice. Car didn't come clean! 2nd time through soap still on back window! 22.00 for extreme clean.not impressed.

One of the oldest car washes in Sanford bought up by Mister Car wash. A basic wash is now pricey at $10 and their vacuums have very little suction. I would go to the one on Reinhardt road near SR 46A / 2nd St.over this location or another car wash in the area.

Car did come out clean but so will it elsewhere

Typical carwash, I paid for one of the washes which includes tire dressing, after I went through noticed tires were spot dressed, to me appeared to run out of dressing or had an air pocket,
When I went back the staff was on point and polite, Ran through wash again, problem corrected, thank you Mister carwash fir honoring good business practices.

Horrible service that of this location. Personal bad, lazy and never fix anything. It is the abandoned station of this company and the one that unfortunately is closer to me. I've been giving away my My money and my time why they don't have the professionalism of cleaning your bumper when you enter. Little soap, old brushes, lousy service and bad experience!

Honestly the laziness is beyond me there’s a young lady that literally just stands there barely directs your car and she never scrubs never not even the window before we go in she literally just stands there it gives dirty look like you really have one job this place should be shut down the one in Rinehart is much better

Great place for a quick and efficient car wash. Staff was helpful and my carwash went through without a hassle.

I have been a customer for many years and I always thought that you guys were the best, I used to bring my car to the Mister Car Wash and have a great experience, now I get my car to be clean and in less than 2 minutes the adventure is over, my car is not as clean as before, something change in the process, I don't think that I have been a VIP service as before. I used to enjoy the ride to Mister Car Wash now I just bring it because I have to.

Great place to wash your car, need to fix where the vacuum station is. Very confusing, plus it's a easy way for someone to get in an accident.

Very convenient to us, but not the best in the area and going downhill. They seem to only be interested in how many cars they can get through in the shortest amount of time. Cars are rushed through with only a few feet between them, and no prewashing or brushing of bugs, resulting in a poor wash

They no longer clean interior. When they use the brush on front of car it’s just water. Only 2 people at any given time when I’m there. Car still needs cleaning after going through the wash.

I’ve been waiting for 4 months now for management to contact me. I am updating this review to reflect I still haven’t heard back. Numerous calls to customer service but no response. The vacuum hoses at this location are always smashed full of trash where they aren’t operable. Three months during the renovation, I was charged for the highest package that included tire shine and never received tire shine on one side of the car as their car wash wasn’t working correctly. This is the closest location to me and I am canceling after this month as I was just charged for another month. I don’t understand why this Sanford location is different from the others that are kept up better.
