Mister Car Wash, St Cloud FL

Went in today 1/28/2024 for cash wash and after the wash I felt the vehicle wasn’t quite as clean, spoke to the girl by the entrance and she was so professional and courteous! She told me I can go around again and after the vehicle was clean! The vacuums had great suction as well. 5 ️ for great customer service!

Very nice carwash with reasonable prices. When vacuuming my truck out I mentioned to the woman that checked me that a vacuum was clogged. She got right on it. Great work ethic. She should be the manager.

My recent experiences with Mister Car Wash in Kissimmee, FL have been nothing short of a total disappointment. I signed up for their unlimited pass at $19.99 a month, expecting a hassle-free car wash service, but my encounters on September 8th and 9th were a complete letdown.

Firstly, on September 8th, I made three separate trips to the Kissimmee location, based on the assurance that they would open at 11 am. To my frustration, the place remained closed throughout the day, despite their earlier promise. This level of unreliability is simply unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I had to drive an extra 15 minutes to another Mister Car Wash location. However, even there, I faced another setback. The attendant was utterly incapable of finding my unlimited account, despite numerous attempts to scan the barcode on my windshield and input my phone number.

This company's service left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and inconvenienced. Considering the inconvenience and frustration I've had to endure, I believe a 1-star rating is more than appropriate. I expected much better from Mister Car Wash, and this experience has been nothing short of a disaster.

Car wash is nice! I like how they have multiple mat cleaners. Wish they had towels so I could wipe and dry but besides that it was nice

Just updated my debit card on app then some how got another charge I gas at carwash. Half the vacuums broke not working. Getting pricey.

The employees are really nice. They always greet me with a smile. My car looks really good after the wash.

Very clean place great customer service. Only thing I don't like is how it leaves my back window i have a lift gate and it never seems to clean the top part of the window other than that it does a great job on the rest of the car

From out of town. Car wash looks clean and well cared for. Attendant asked if I wanted bug spray. I said yes and he turned to look away and spray just went into the air. When I left car was not clean. I went home and hand washed the worse areas.

I bought the unlimited plan and I thought it was great, the car is super shiny, clean and runs very well. I recommend it

Vacuuming cleaner barely worked, and the brush didn't do a good job on the back on my vehicle

When I first got the membership vacuum were crazy strong. The wash machine itself was well taken care of. Now letaly it seems like they just don't care. Vacuum are constantly clogged no suction at all. Air lines lose in the machine area blower fan wobbling lose at exit.

All it takes for a business to go under is when the employees and/or managers stop caring.

Please address this issue's.
Unfortunately until then I will be going only to the other locations. Or until I find something better.

That was the quickest and tackyest wash I have ever had at a Misters Car Wash it left soap and spots on my windows I'm glad that I won't have to use this one again

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Michael Di Stefano during my recent visit to Mister Car Wash. From the moment I arrived, Michael greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed.

What impressed me the most was Michael's attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my car was sparkling clean. He took the time to carefully listen to my requests and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. I could tell that he truly cared about my satisfaction and wanted to make sure that I left the car wash happy.

In addition to his excellent customer service, Michael also has a talent for small talk. He engaged me in pleasant conversation and made the whole experience feel more personal. It was clear that he enjoyed chatting with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, I would highly recommend Michael Di Stefano and Mister Car Wash to anyone looking for a thorough and enjoyable car wash experience. Michael's attention to detail, excellent customer service, and friendly personality truly made my day. I will definitely be back, thanks to Michael!

I continue to have issues with my sticker on My car for my membership so I have to wait for someone to come scan my sticker.

Paid for the platinum package and tipped the highest amount because they used to scrub your rims and grill so I assumed that was what that was for. I still have bugs in my grill and dirt on my rims after going through the carwash. I guess the only thing I tipped for was the guy to run my card at my window (which I could've done) and the guy to wave me into the car wash which scratched up my hood! Good vacuums though.
