Mister Car Wash, Orlando FL

Clean car wash. Vacs dont suck up lite dirt from floors. No power usually. Dont like not a spot to dry off water when done, unless you start over to entrance. They raised my rate 3times on one auto but other auto stayed same rate?

Everyone who works here is friendly. Wash club is great!

Best car wash. Well kept. Clean. And powerful vacuums. Also the longest car wash I've ever visited.

I love the monthly membership. It is so nice being able to get your car washed whenever you want

Fairly good car wash unfortunately they do not prewash your tailgate and the drive through wash doesn't clean it either. Attendants can get too pushy about the membership

Went to Mister Car wash today and was helped by Manny he explained the packages and single washes. Gave us Great customer Service always with Positive attitude and quick. Even took out a membership with them. Would recommend!

This location has the absolute worst vacuum suction than all of the others in orlando! Every week there's an excuse to why they are functioning properly but the other locations don't have this problem. Attention required immediately, it take 20min to vacuum my car as opposed to 5min at other mister car washes. Staff are nice but this is and issue especially since we are members!

This car wash gets a 1 star over something as ridiculous as the sticker placement policy. I personally don’t want a branded sticker on my windshield that is visible. On my Tesla Model S I had the sticker placed below the hood line (lowest part of the windshield) so it was not visible when parked or driving. Simply put I don’t like the esthetics of it.

When I went to enroll my wife’s car and upgrade my current membership on my car that I’ve already had for a few months I was told I could not place the sticker that low and it must be placed at the bottom of the clear part of the window, approx 4 inches from the bottom of the glass. When I said I didn’t want it placed there I was told that was the policy and there was nothing that could be done about it. When advised that I would cancel the enrollment of the new car and cancel the old membership over this minor detail, they said okay, there was nothing they could do. The policy is what the policy is.

For a business to decide they rather lose a customer who was going to pay nearly a $1,000 per year for two vehicles over sticker placement is simply foolish and ridiculous.

My business will remain with ModWash who uses newer technology like license plate readers, provides towels to dry your vehicle, and free air fresheners:)

Good car wash. Most of the workers there are nice and helpful. It's not the best of the best in terms of amenities though as it has no floor mat wash machine, no towels to use, no compressed air for dusting.

But what it does have is a consistently good car wash with vacuums that have two hoses, a smaller hole for tight crevices and a larger hole for regular use.

They also have a pass system with a multitude of locations across Orlando and Tampa. This is a nice benefit to ensure your car is nice and clean almost anywhere you are in those areas.

*** Update: went today and WORSE! Paid for second tier wash and neither front nor back of the car was washed! See photo taken AFTER wash. Dark area is where I wiped the dirt off with a finger ***. I paid for the nicest car wash package with wax and everything. I went through and then went home (a few blocks away). The sides and back of the car were sparkling but the hood hadn't been touched. It was still covered in dirt. It was extremely frustrating. I wish I hadn't used their car wash. Now I have to pay again to get it washed elsewhere since 25% of the car wasn't touched.

Friendly staff but the tire shine has been lacking lately. Been bringing my cars here ever since they opened and just loved how it used to give my tires that nice shine.

I don't visit this Carwash regularly because I get tired of being HARASSED for a dam tip when zero services have been received.

They don’t offer anything but a car wash. No towels no nothing but best process around in the car wash business. Not full service. Staff is great.

I like the value (monthly plan) and multiple locations of this chain car wash. The only reason I gave this location 4 stars is this.almost every Monday I go there to vacuum and get my car washed, and no matter which vacuum I use, I feel like the pressure is lower than it should be. I never feel like it is doing a great job.: (It's still convenient for me to keep returning.

Wash the car this morning and on the way home the car smell like it was wash with bug spray. I had y drive home with the Windows down. Bad carwash today

I wash my car daily and vacuum it daily and I'm a member of Mr Car Wash and I like them I go to all the ones around me they're reasonable gets the car clean sure you have to do your own vacuuming but that's not going to kill you if it does and maybe you need to go where they do everything for you and you sit there in the air conditioned room. I choose to get it done and get it over with
