The cleaning cloths spin so fast that they bend the front license plates on cars without metal frames. Next time you see a bent front license plate check for a Mister Car Wash sticker.

I would give them a 5 if they would go back to drying the car off after they come out the wash. Whipping the windows and the wet spots off would be nice. They wont wipe down your mirrors or your car anymore. And the price is still the same. Lazy! Also spoke to a manager about the guy who puts in the cars through the car wash and told him how it's an accident waiting to happen in the car wash since the cars are supper close and he responded with an I dont care attitude.

The worse Mister Car Wash in Houston! Save your time Drive the extra few miles and go to the Kirby, Holcombe or Washington Avenue locations.

Close to my home, but the turn into the drive-thru car wash is tight.no free vacuum, that sucks.

Car washes in Los Angeles average $12-$15 for the works. In Houston at Mr.car wash it was over $30!

Don’t get me wrong, they did an excellent job, however seems very expensive to me.

This place used to be efficient. Now every time I go, the staff is confused and slow. They'll focus all their staff on one car. Three times now I've seen four or five cars that came after me get done before mine even went through the car wash. They need to speed up their process and keep things in order.
And the last two times I got my car back, the interior was poorly clean - smudged everywhere on the dash and the exterior and side view mirror had water/dirt stains still on it!

Their vacuums are really low powered and have not enough suction.it took forever to try and vacuum my car!

Took good care of my car and didn't have to wait too long. Affordable packages for car washing and detailing.

Before I could open the door they wanted me to pay. Went indoors, not acknowledged and I'm standing in front of her. Car was ready before I finished my popcorn. Didn't vacuum my trunk, windows had streaks, car dull, inside around doors and trunk still dirty, outside lights not wiped off. Rims were half cleaned. I drive through heavy road work on my way to work, so UUGGGH! ! ! ! And no I didn't get the basic.

Seems like there is almost always an issue when I go to Mister car Wash. Sometimes it's broken, sometimes the wash doesn't work properly and I don't get all the options that I pay for, sometimes they are so backed up that you have to wait way too long.

Paid for the full detail $36 and the inside was left very dirty, they didn’t vacuum the back like they said they would and the mats were left pretty wet. I have to admit my car was pretty dirty but come on I’m paying for the service I expect a good job.

My first time since Bill's was bought out by Mister. I opted for the platinum package (34 $) and received a terrible job! Bug scraps left on the windshield, both sides & on more than 6 other places. Dirt in all the places the brush can't reach. The interior was fair! NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Mister car Wash's free vacuums are awesome and help me keep my car clean. Just stop in and vacuum your car at any time. I Would like to see them fix their free mat cleaners. Last time I went only the one you have to pay for was working and my mats weren't that dirty I just needed a little shake. Their wash machine is good too!

Unlimited is only 20$ a month and I use them at least 3 times a week! Well worth it and depending on the location they still wipe down the outside.

They rushed my car and didn't vacuum it good and my widows didn't even get clean at all. My first time going there and never again. I was so disappointed. May find another location to go to instead. Just check your car before you leave.

I needed to get my tow car cleaned from all the dirt and grime of the road and RV. They did an excellent job cleaning inside and outside. If in Houston again, I will return to have my car cleaned. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

The facility is immaculate, the staff is friendly even when super busy. I was turning in a lease so I got the 70 dollar full package and the car looks great.

Worst car wash ever, they got $22 to pass it on the machine and little vacuum on the floor, no dashboard clean, no tires clean and shine, even when the package so and no vacuum on the sits. Then I told them "Hey can you vacuum the sit? ", he only pass it a few times without any effort. A total waste of money.
