They don't care about they property all they want is they rent money they are very very slow in fixing up repairs.

They are very slow with fixing things i have asked for screens to be put in the windows months ago have yet to get a response.

Most unprofessional company that I have ever had to deal with. Complete waste of time. They never answer the phone or return emails, and over book showings for their properties. On top of that promise the property to one of the other people right in front of you. Not worth the headache in trying to rent from if this is how they treat potential renters.

The whole crew is flat out unprofessional. Where do I start. I have been a tenant for this company for 5 years. My first place was an apt. I was ok with them until they moved 10 people above me and my sons head. I called them every day complaining about the noise but they wanted me to call the police. For starter why would you a family of 10 above a family of two. Dead wrong! Since I didn’t want to call the police Ms. Williams offered me a house. I took it to avoid conflict and thought it would be best. This lady promised me the house would be ready for me to move- in within two weeks. When I finally moved in I had problems immediately. The master bedroom sink was clogged with hair cigarettes and blk n milds. They tried to charge me. I refused because I know for a fact it was from the previous tenants. The house on the outside was very dirty, the kitchen is sinking in, the rain comes through the wall, the bugs are out of control, the walls are poorly patched where holes were made, bugs come through the shower in the master bed, the refrigerator made noise at night, windows had cracks and bee bee holes and so on. When I took a pic of everything they didn’t repair when I moved in. Ms Williams called me the next day in a unprofessional manner telling me to leave since they can’t satisfy me. My whole mind went blank because I was a single parent and had no where to go. She sent me a 30 day notice trying to force me to leave. Had I known better I should’ve left then called news4jax. Instead like dummy I stayed and fought them because my son needed a roof over his head. I called the city and held my rent until everything was fixed. My house was broken into and they wasnt sympathetic at all. Oh I forgot they also lied and said I was late on my rent and charged me a late fee which added up to about $600 because I refused to pay. I was waiting for an eviction which I never got because they were wrong. Instead they lowered the late fee. I only paid it because I was thinking about my child’s well being. Please don’t rent from them. They are unprofessional and they are all a family. I went to school with her daughter. The mother is the head landlord and the father I guess call all the shots. They have crack heads as handy men. Man y’all don’t rent from them!

I too believe the reviews are generated by the company. As a tenant i rented from Mitchell and Williams for 4 years. Throughout those 4 years I didn't have any problems whatsoever until the end of the fourth year. My kitchen sink begin to flood anytime I ran water. I contacted them in October of 2018 to make them aware so the issue could be fixed. They sent out a plumber and once the plumber gave them the invoice of what the price would be they refused to repair it. Needless to say i was without a kitchen sink for 3 months. I moved out in Jan of 2019 and still didn't have a sink. Now on to the present I moved from their property on Jan 28 and turned their key in. Today is March 9th and I still have not received my security deposit, a courtesy phone call explaining the hold up, or an apology for not only holding my deposited pass the allotted time but also for leaving me without a sink but still wanting their money on time monthly. They are VERY unprofessional and there is no one to talk to about your problems outside of the receptionist who can only do so much. I was told my check would be expedited a week ago still no check. I've contacted the better business bureau, Housing, on Monday I will be contacting legal aide and whoever else I can to let them know how unprofessional these people are. Please dont waste your money with them!

They suck at service I have been living in my house for 3 years now and have been living with sewage problem for a year now because they don’t know how answer they phones or massages.
