My visit today was efficient, friendly and safe. Dr Luzon is so nice and always explains what he sees during his exam. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and safe during my visit.

I was so impressed with the staff, doctors and amazing execution of every step in the appointment/evaluation process. Having worked in the customer service industry, it was easy to see that clearly everyone in the office loves their job and delivers the highest standard of service. WOW. I’m very proud to be a patient.

CALLING ALL CATTLE. If it's a cattle car, a crowded space, and a SUPER SPREADER event you're looking for in a healthcare delivery environment, look no further. The wait was super crowded and so looooong (I have a job too) and many on the staff were oblivious to the need to communicate and manage patient (customer) expectations.

That said, Dr. V and her clinical support tech were on point and I can tell excellent healthcare providers. But this practice is a mess.

There were signs hung all over the walls addressing the need for good customer support. Clearly his team either does not read; needs glasses themselves; are overworked; or just don't care.

As a healthcare worker myself, I was appalled at the lack of regard for other people's time and intellect—and I hate to toss folks under the buss.but these guys are running a money machine (reimbursements trump real customer care) and people seem to be regarded as just a necessary hassle.

Someone needs to call Dr. Mittleman and open his eyes to the need to practice what he preaches—or at least give him an eye exam so he can read those signs he has hung all over his offices.

A great opportunity for a more patient-focused entrepreneurial eye care professional to start a new clinic that is NOT what Mittleman appears to be.as I said: A money machine (reimbursements trump real customer care) and people seem to be regarded as just a necessary hassle.

Every employee is always helpful, cheerful and all seem to enjoy their work. Dr. M is direct, informative and positive. I've been going to their office for several years and always have had a good experience.

If you need a new eye doctor to go to I highly recommend this place! Great atmosphere with great doctors! Not a single complaint regarding my visit, will definitely be sticking w mittleman eye!

Met with Dr. Mittleman to discuss upcoming cataract procedure and he was warm, patient, personable and most professional. His office staff is always, to a person, pleasant and efficient.

Dr Mittleman is an excellent Ophthalmologist with outstanding professional skills, patience, compassion, very easy to speak with. His Staff are always warm, welcoming, and efficient.

Dr. Mittleman is an excellent, skilled doctor. Very professional and still takes the time to explain what he is doing. His office staff is kind and considerate. Martin was very kind and put me at ease. I was nervous about the procedure I was having done, but the courtesy that I was shown by the entire staff made me feel relaxed. Nicole was very patient and helpful on a previous visit too.

Lovely staff and office. Very comprehensive examination. Prepare for 1 1/2 hours for full exam. Dr. Mittleman is kind and caring.

The office runs like a well oiled machine. I knew right from the beginning that my visit would last 90 minutes, and it did. Every person that I had contact with was professional, courteous and friendly. Since this office now has an optical department, I was able to order my new frames while waiting for my eyes to dilate, which saved me time. A nice feature was receiving a folder with a copy of my new prescription, receipt and patient portal information.

My visit to Mittleman Eye Care was a good experience. Each person conducting part of the exam seemed competent, had care and could answer my questions. When checking out, I asked for a wipe for my glasses and he gave me a little cleaning kit that will last me a while.

This is my second visit to Mittleman Eye for my yearly exam. The office and staff (Jackie, Sally, Albert and Frank spent time with me) are fantastic. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Mittleman is excellent and thorough - he even walked me to the check out desk.

Great experience - staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Exam was very comprehensive and thorough; technicians and doctor took the time to explain the testing and procedures and answer any questions.

We have been seeing Dr. Mittleman since we moved back into the area 15 years ago. He was my parents' eye doctor. He has performed cataract surgery on all of us. Excellent service. Latest technology. Explains all procedures and treatments.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as always. Jackie was very nice and knowledgeable, along with Katherine and Albert at check out. Kudos to Dr. Mittleman as well as his intern that seen me as well.

I have been going to Mittleman Eye Center a number of years and with the outstanding service and friendly personnel, I would never contemplate changing. The personnel are always forth coming concerning the test they are conducting and explaining the exam. If anyone ask about a need for an eye exam, I would gladly recomment Mittleman Eye Center.

Patient for 15 years. Never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly. All my questions were answered. Great doctors. Mittleman Eye is the best. No reason to go anywhere else.
