Mixcat has always been my first choice for computer repairs I don't feel comfortable handling myself! Fair prices and good customer support.

Absolutely amazing! They will not let you down. They fixed up my computer quick but with efficiency, customer service is amazing and if there is something out of the ordinary or something that does not require fixing They tell you. Integrity is key to having a business and relationships with the customers. Good prices too. I definitely recommend this place. Good job

This place is one of the best places to get great service! I was recently in a bind with my computer and terrified I had lost everything but I ran to them. I wish I knew her name but she was just amazing! Resolved my issue quickly and she knew exactly how to handle the issue. Best place ever!

I was in need of computer optimization and upgrades, etc etc with my 11 year old Dell Inspiron laptop, when I entered Mixcat Computers the first time it was very clean and organized, customer service is second to none, I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered, my laptop was treated with care, Mixcat Computers staff is very professional, they even answered questions after I was done with my service. Many businesses after finish with the customer it's very difficult to get in touch with them. The prices are not crazy either, believe me. Mixcat Computers DID NOT pressure me to buy anything. (Many places pressure you to buy) I ended up buying another PC at a great price since I was in need of another computer. Mixcat computers will be my go to store for all my computer needs from now on. I will be a customer for life. Guys let's support small local businesses, if you go to a mega store you never will get the attention and service you deserve. Thanks for good old fashioned service.

Mixcat computers resolved all my hard drive issues. Sonny recovered my data and I was then able to transfer it to my lap top. She kept me informed about the issues and the price I paid was very reasonable. They were able to fix my problem way quicker than I was expecting. I would highly recommend mixcat computers and for sure I will be using their services for any future computer issues.

Great customer service! We brought in our old, slow, rusty laptop and when we picked it up, it was a totally different machine or at least it felt like it. They transformed it, now is super fast, responsive with no more issues. The went above and beyond. 100% recommended.

I thought I reviewed this wonderful business before but It seems it never posted. I have to say there is always that fear or doubt about getting scammed or overcharged in any field that you are unaware of. (I have had bad experiences with geek squad). I went in for a laptop repair and expected the worse. I walked in and all my fear and anxiety went away, I was welcomed with open arms like I was part of their family. I have to praise them for their wonderful customer service and their awareness to their customers wants and needs when it comes to fear of pricing. I really want this review to reflect the character that this business has built up for themselves with the community as a trusted and loved computer repair shop that is here for our needs and not just the money. All my computer repair issues will be dealt with by them for now on! (Other then when they are swamped because they are just that busy it’s wonderful to see a business do well!) My repair turned out to be a dead hard drive and the free diagnostic gave me the customer the freedom and judgement call on what I wanted to do with the computer even after they informed me of what needed to be repaired and done. I have never experienced such professionalism in the tech industry before. They had the issues resolved and handled in a timely fashion as well I could not be happier. If you need your computer looked at I highly recommended mixcat!

Mixcat computers is a very friendly environment where the staff is ready and willing to help they just dont take your computer and fix it with out explanations they take their time to show you what exactly is going on with your device they are really great and I wouldn't go anywhere else with my electronics
