1 I would give a 0 if I could. Very unpleasant experience. Before I visit a physician I make sure my insurance plan includes that physician in my network. The office did minimal effort to verify my insurance and stated they were not able to verify my information, I pulled up my insurance app and showed them that the Dr is clearly listed on there with the copay information, (the insurance card has a provider number to call) and they declined to assist me any further. I have wasted half a day of work. I thought I would address a health concern I have today and was completely dismissed. Very poor service
The information I provided was correct. I am on the phone with my insurance company now with the same information I provided you and was confirmed that indeed Dr Sanchez is within my network and that I should have been seen. The number called was the number on the card I gave you with the member I. D that was listed as well.
