5I always use this gas station and never had a problem till tonight I went inside and pay $18.00 in gas and as soon as I went out to the pump and try to clear it to star pumping the meter move and charge me $1.73 I immediately went to report the problem to the cashier and he basically told me that it was impossible that I actually pump the gas and that he will not reset the pump because there was no way the pump start pumping I told him I will report him to the Dept of Commerce and report the pump issue then I told him I want my money back or he needs to move me from the pump #6 to pump #8 and if it happens again I want to get a refund. I was able to get my gas but the pump #6 they need to have it check.
Horrible, these gas stations are managed by guys without any sense of doing business.
Theses people are thieves. Pumped gas using my credit card, when my tank was full and I took my hand off the handle I noticed that the meter was still running. Took the handle out and the meter continued until I replaced the pump.
I went inside to complain to the cashier, he looked at me and said that’s impossible after saying it again to him and that it’s dishonest and you’re stealing he then said that he will report it to his manager.
I have been unable to reach the owner/manager.
