Mobile Customizing reviews
3 Carlos the shade tree mechanic off Krome is associated with this establishment. He claimed to own this place so I’ll review this accordingly.
Carlos is a crook, sheister, liar and the most inept mechanic I have ever met… That is pretty bad for Miami.
He mentioned he’s an expert with Mercedes and the dealerships actually being hard to repair cars to him. An utter lie.
Had an S500 and an SL500 he claimed he could repair. After having him work on the cars, he messed them up worse than they were before bringing them to him. He destroyed them and forced me to find another mechanic Mercedes repair by star where I’ll pay thousands to fix what this Al co Holic broke. I strongly urge you not to ever bring any car to this one inept shade tree mechanic.
My experience with Kevin and this body shop has been subpar, to be nice about it. I was quoted for fixing the whole front bumper and some other pieces. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, at 5 pm (right when they closed shop and would be off for the weekend), I was advised that not all the pieces had been ordered, that I was not quoted for the entire thing, that I would have to pay for the new order or missing pieces and come back another day. I took my car a second time to finish repairs and one of the men who work there told me that some screws were missing for securing a piece of the bumper. He did the best he could, but the fact is, the bumper was still loose. What he did was only going to hold for so long. This all happened in the matter of 1 month. Yesterday, a piece of my bumper flew off on the highway. It has been about 2 weeks since I went to the shop. I sent Kevin a picture and there is a minor scratch on the bumper, so he says that this scratch (however it happened) was the reason my bumper flew off, not the fact that there were screws missing. He told me I would have to pay for the reordering of the part. The scratch probably happened when the piece flew off on the highway. Kevin is the son of the owner and so called manager. He is a child. This place was disrespectful and disappointing for me personally. First time I left the shop with my car incomplete, the bumper was coming off as well. Somehow it survived 2 weeks until I took it back in.
Best of luck to whoever gives these people business.
This must be the best place to get your stuff taken care of, whether its a car or parts
