I went to see about my charger part in my iPhone. My phone was working perfectly fine. Never had an issues with it for the 5 years I had it.the charger part was messed up I went and told them when I charge it it’s loose and they kept telling me it’s the battery but in all reality it was the battery at all. So I’m waiting for a bout 15 mins and I see my phone blinking black n not coming on this man done messed up my phone completely then tried to tell me that it wasn’t working before but when he got my phone he unlocked it using the home button. He’s telling me he didn’t do nothing all he did was change the battery.like sir my phone was perfectly fine it was just the charger part. He goes n tell me go to apple after he done destroyed my phone.if you don’t know what your fixing don’t do.if you can’t fix something don’t try to cause I spent money that I didn’t need to spend on a whole new phone

I wish I could put NEGATIVE STAR! Where do I began…. Took a badly damaged IPhone XS 512gb in for repair price $220 for repair (NO PROBLEM) 2 weeks later I pick up iPhone (they repaired outer glass screens on both sides) it does not stay powered on & they replaced badly damaged IOS BOARD with a 64gb instead of the original 512gb…. A day later dropped it back off (after paying for there services) 2weeks and 3 days later STILL NOT WORKING…LESSON LEARNED WHEN IT BREAK JUST REPLACE WITH APPLE OR YOUR CARRIER AND SAVE THE HEADACHE AND TIME…
