Best IT services in the business, customer service was quick and responsive and was able to help me with my issues within the same day. 10/10 highly recommend.

Can’t speak highly enough of MobileMe IT. Partnered with them on a large project to handle everything from installation of IT and A/V equipment to onsite tech support. Seamless process!

I have sent my spare laptop to be repaired to MobileMe.it didn't start due to a battery failure. They had charged me $530 which for me was a huge amount considering a 4 year old laptop. After the repair was conpleted I had it in a safe place but not used it. After sometime I gave it to my son and as soon as he used it he had experienced the same failure we have had originally. I had immediately contacted MobileMe in person and they said the warranty only lasted one month, and that they will not do anything neither check on the laptop. I've left the place with a horrible feeling. I've just lost a laptop and $530 and they don't care. The true is that they acted careless and not conscious I was their customer. Totally unprofessional, showing a poor quality place. Now I have a big frustration. They are bad but what can I do? They could be nice and offered to check the laptop but they just didn't care. I've learned my lesson never trust a place like this. Customers be aware. Please avoid them, or you or your love ones could be the next victimes. Now I think I should try Geek Squad at Best Buy in first place, they are more affordable and respectfull and also offer a much longer warranty.

Technicians were all extremely friendly. I bought a motherboard from Walmart for my Yoga. It didn’t work but they ordered me a mew one in just a few days and completed the work very quickly! I would happily use this service again if I Jr.any other laptop issues.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Unquestionably 5-star rated! I highly recommend you experience the extraordinarily high level of professionalism, communication, attentiveness, and multi-faceted customer service nature inherent within MobileME IT’s business model and outstanding team members! Allow me to elaborate:

I was first introduced to MobileIT ME by a Lenovo customer service agent that was assisting me over the phone in their attempt to help me identify the nature of an issue I was having with my Lenovo P720 server. Indeed, the general nature and, importantly, the specific setup of my P720 by default puts it into a unique category of requisite skillsets for servicing; in other words, servicing and configuring my server is by no means a straightforward process. The technical issues of my server were indeed difficult to diagnose in the sense that the machine had incompatible parts installed, something that had not been disclosed to me when I purchased the machine secondhand on eBay, yet something the team at MobileME IT quickly identified. It is important to me to attempt to convey to you, the readers of my review, that when I say “quickly identified” I do not mean to suggest that they summarized the root of the machine’s problem by running Lenovo Service Bridge, or any other exclusive and particular piece of software; rather, and this is when I first began to take note of how precise a 5-star rated the team at MobileME IT is, they took apart the monster of a machine and thoroughly evaluated each connection to a high degree; moreover, after checking everything out and of course assuring high level configuration of the BIOS and multi-day stress tests, they accurately concluded that the motherboard needed to be replaced. Through all of this, Jose kept me in the loop and abreast of the status and findings through the stages of diagnostics. Though I entered MobileME IT with a fair amount of stress as a results of my very expensive, highly complicated, and relatively new machine not working, my stress immediately began to disappear upon entering the establishment and was completely gone through the series of conversations I had with Jose up to this point.

Jose then explained to me that he had ordered a new motherboard from Lenovo, and that he planned to install it, put the machine into a stress test environment for a period of 72 hours, conclude that he and his team had indeed identified and resolved the issue, then he would provide me with a quote for replacing the motherboard, the presupposition of which being that I would have the ability to decline the service recommendation of replacing the motherboard, all of which also presupposed that if for any reason I did decline to move forward with the recommendation to replace the motherboard, doing so would come at the cost of MobileME IT in the form of the following: opportunity cost whereby they could have used their time to do other things, the direct total value of the time spent on an hourly basis in terms of salaries paid and operational expenses, and possibly even the cost of the motherboard they had ordered, assuming it could not be returned or sold as new again. Here is my point: That is absolutely amazing service!

Let me see if I can do this another way, for I still have so many experiences I want to share, all which I write to make the case that MobileME IT is exactly the company you want to work with (Please see attached image)!

I must say that the Managers and Technicians in MobileMe IT went above and beyond on their service. My laptop computer, not even one year old, had a defective part and the company refused to cover the repair under the warranty. However, MobileMe IT personnel managed the communication with them directly, fully explained the issue (which they've seen multiple times) and on top of that they fixed my computer free of charge. They did all this on a timely manner. They kept me in the loop for all communication and they constantly gave me updates on my computer status. They were also very flexible - I was able to mail my computer to them and they quickly notified me when they got it. They are very professional, respectful and stand to very high standards.

Thank you SO MUCH to Ed, Jose and the entire MobileMe IT Team in Doral, FL - you guys are the best.

Brought my Thinkpad Yoga in for a warranty claim. They had it repaired quicker than any warranty I've ever had, on anything. I will definitely be using them again
