The staff are very friendly and kind. They came to me and my friends right away and provided us with complete and beautiful pedicures at an affordable price!

So I moved down from New York and been looking for a nail salon. I’ve been to expensive to the cheapest places. My experience at this place the first time was good with alina. She’s super sweet and listens to what you want. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the second time I went got the same exact thing but this time without chrome added. How is it that they charged me the same as if I got chrome added the man that charged me was rude and dismissive. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional. I’m not recommending this place to any of my friends especially when they change prices whenever they feel like it. I would only return to alina for my pedicure and that’s it.

After reading your response it clearly shows how unprofessional your reply was. I CLEARLY value experience not what I spend. It’s incredibly disappointing when asking a simple question about the service I paid for in the past and replying in a rude manner. Your technician isn’t clearly trained properly being that I had to guide her the entire time. I even decided to try someone new the second time which was less time doing the same without chrome. As someone that has managed a salon in the past you should learn to respond to your clients concerns and talk to your team to make the experience better. I would have removed the post if you would have replied with an apology instead of trying to tarnish my review. So for future reference learn how to treat your clients with respect because they are the ones keeping your business afloat.

My eyelashes are short and thin, so I always make them as short as and natural as possible, but the technician added a slightly longer hair in the middle, which impressed me because my eyes look much better than I expected

I made an appointment to do a pedicure for two people m. When I got there they were ready to welcome us, very pleasant people and good pedicures m. The massage chairs are amazing.

My nail technician was Sam, she was amazing, my nails looked beautiful and she did what I asked.
