Congratulations to Modern Air for hiring a top notch guy who not only knows his product, but went above and beyond to address several issues we've had. We have experienced some frustration with problems encountered since installing a new Carrier unit. However, Brad handled all our concerns with professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, caring and above all, exhibits the best level of customer service that we have seen in a long time! I had an issue arise with an installation performed in September of 2022 in January 2024. Regardless of the time disparity Modern stood by their workmanship commitments and not only fixed the problem, but made it multitudes better than it was before. Used Modern Air Solutions to replace our whole system in 2022 and joined their membership program for semi-annual services. Great prices and service. The technicians are always friendly and professional. We had Torace come do our maintenance today and he was very thorough and knowledgeable!

Jessie quickly diagnosed the AC issue, made the repair, and fully tested the system to ensure it’s working optimally. Cost was reasonable.
