All staff and Dr. Paulson where outstanding through my entire process. I had a full upper arch and 1 lower implant, in total 7 implants. They really seemed to make this look easy, and it was. At times also quite comical and comfortable. Thanks MDIS.

Beth was able to fit me in right away for an emergency crown repair. Dr. Poulson and his staff took care of my needs swiftly and even offered an alternative solution that was much cheaper than what he could have charged me. One of the more friendly, personable dentistry staff I have ever met. Extremely satisfied with my last minute visit and will absolutely come back again if the need arises.

What a great experience! Beth at the front desk is wonderful, friendly and efficient. Dr. Poulson is an excellent dentist and made the process of getting the implant stress free. They also offer groupon deals occasionally which makes their services even more affordable. Highly recommend this dental office for your implant needs!

Dr. Poulson lied when he said he did not own his practice in Sun City Center.
Beth Swift charged my Care Credit $12,663.50 saying, "We always charge the full amount because we do all the work at one time" - which is contradicted by their brochure and other information they advertise. I did not make an appointment to have any work performed, so this was fraud.
When I called to ask why, she yelled at me and would not let me get a word in. Then she said she needed to have her manager call. That woman is Melanie Deloye, a/k/a Melanie Spire.

She is abusive and a liar. She sent our bank a letter stating, "all work was scheduled to be completed one and a half weeks later". What work? What schedule? The $12,663.50 was an estimate to extract four teeth, implant four and for a flipper - which is a temporary piece of plastic. If all work could be completed in one sitting, why does their advertising state, "in 4 to 6 months"; etc? For that matter, if all work is completed at one time, why did Beth order a flipper? There are more contradictions, false advertising, failure to comply with statutory requirements than I can count.

Beth said she was ordering a flipper to cover my missing front tooth. It arrived with two teeth and she failed to disclose it would require extractions and bone grafts exceeding $2,000. Making it worse, the flipper has a front tooth twice the size of my normal tooth.
Although they refunded most of my money, they refuse to issue the $508.25 refund for the unusable and ridiculous flipper.

This group has violated numerous Florida laws, and Deloye - who is not a dentist - holds herself out as part of the "Implant Team". They have committed felonies under Florida statutes. I am filing a formal complaint with the Department of Health, Board of Dentistry which is 30+ pages long.

Stay away from these crooks and liars.

Modern Dental Implants has been the best experience, The staff are willing to help you with what you can afford they will jump through hoops to help their clients I am so pleased with my new Implants and The doctor is so nice and he care"s very much about his patients thank you so much for everything you guys do.

Very efficient, accommodating and friendly, if ever the need arises That I need care again, they are my first choice.

Dr poulson never should have started on my mouth. He knew I didn't have enough bone for the implants to succeed. Instead he quit after pulling the rest of my teeth and leaving me with a HUGE, Temporary upper plate. I wish I'd never met these people.

Excellent place to do business with. Staff is accommodating when I call or stop in. Luv Dr Poulson who did my implant. It was less money than quoted elsewhere. Definitely the place to go if u need an implant!

I have had the best experience with modern dental! From the moment I booked my appointment I have had nothing but great customer service. Modern dental give you that family oriented feel and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. From the front office staff to the physicians, everyone has made my implant service so easy and manageable. Dr Steve is AMAZING! So genuine and down to earth. Front office staff member Beth is the gem of all gems. Implant took less than a hour to place and received my new tooth within a week! Thank you modern dental for the great service!

Dr Poulson and staff are absolutely the best! He went way above and beyond and my new smile and teeth have changed my life! I am so glad I found him. I live in Englewood and it was totally worth the drive to Sun City Ctr! His work is meticulous and he is a perfectionist. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Poulson and staff!

A most delightful, very professional practice. I’ve had implants done by 3 different doctors—here and in Chicago—and Dr. Poulson is the best. The staff, especially Beth the office ninja, couldn’t be nicer.

What a great experience. And I was afraid for decades to do what they did. It was full of care, information, friendliness and professionalism. Im glad I did the procedures with Dr. Paulsen and his great staff. Thanks for a lifetime experience.

I got myself a set of top and bottom implants for a very good deal. Dr Paulson did an amazing job and with his wonderful assistant Jeanine they helped me have the best smile I've ever had. Beth made sure we stayed in contact during the whole process and always checked up on me during the healing stages.overall I would choose them again in the next lifetime

Very professional office. I am very content with my implants. Staff was attentive to my needs.

I found the staff to Friendly. The Quality of implants good. Unfortunately, I found myself again and again finding extremely difficult to get staffs cooperation to received the necessary documents for my insurance claim. It was extremely frustrating.
A lot of apologies, but little Actions! They’re concerned about their payments which comes before service. Recovering your money is your problem? NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!

They performed my implant flawlessly, explained every aspect of the procedure & genuinely cared about my comfort and satisfaction. All of this at a very competitive price! Kudos to Dr. Poulson & the entire staff!
