I just recently had a crown put on one of my molars.
The Modern Family Dentistry’s staff is courteous and professional. The dentist took his time and did a great job while remaining very friendly.
What a great practice!

I love Modern Family dentistry. They are compassionate, well qualified, gentle, kind, and it's not hard to get seen when you need to. They explain things clearly and understand the anxiety that can come with dental work. I'm so impressed by them and they are now my new dentist!

I have been a patient since 2006 with the same insurance. Now they are dropping my insurance because it's not a PPO. Great service while it lasted.

Working with Timmy on treatment plan was very professional, Tim was very clear with the treatment plan and with options.

UPDATE:
The first initial visit was pleasant but every time since has not been that way. The turnover there is not good. I have dealt with 4 different staff members in 3 months and none of them are there now. It’s very sad because a couple of the staff members that recently quit or got fired were great in my opinion Judy helped me on several occasions with my questions and concerns and now you’re lucky to get anyone who cares to even listen to what you have to say. The assistant Joanne that helped me the most when it came to my dental anxiety was the most friendly lady and she’s not even there anymore. The new young lady in the front just cuts you off during your conversation and won’t even listen to what you have to say. This would’ve been a great dentist office for me and my family but when you can’t keep staff that’s a sign for me to go somewhere else.

I love how the staff are cheerful. It is a wonderful environment in the office. Dr. Masterson did an amazing job and was very nice. He is by far the best dentist I've ever had! I highly recommend him!

When reading the reviews check all the reviews not just a the 1st. They go from most recent reviews to the least, that is where you will find the bad reviews. I did not okay the fit, in fact I asked if they could use a temporary cement or glue until I got a chance to make sure it was a proper fit, because I wasn't sure how it felt.
Sherrisa was to call me back on 11/28/23, she did not, I gave her a week, and still had not heard from her. I called today and spoke with her, and she says all the papers say that it fit correctly. She also said doc Masterson said that it fit correctly. It does not fit correctly. I have seen 2 other dentists, they both say that it is an incorrect fit, I have been quoted approximately $4,000 to get it replaced. I told her to let Dr Masterson know that bad PR is not good, and that I will let his patients know. She asked me why I would want to do that. I want to do that so that nobody else gets screwed like I did. One of the dentists I went to said that they've had other people come in there from work that he had done that was messed up.
PS, it is not at fault she's just going by what the paper say. I really feel sorry for her. They're also seems to be a big turnover of the staff.

11/27/23 Tim told me that Julie is no longer there. Spoke with Sharrisa, she said she would speak with the Dr Masterson, and get back with me tomorrow. I told her that I'm very upset I have had two other dentist tell me that they should be fixed that they do not fit correctly which I know, it is going to cost me approximately $4,000 to get the bridge replaced, and I am very upset.

11/6/23 no call back yet, so I called to speak with Julie, they said she is out sick

11/1/23 Julie had not called me back yet, so I called and was told she was with a patient, and would call me back.

10/31/23 I spoke with Julie at Masterson's dental office, she said she was speak with the doctor and let him know what the dentist said where I got the second opinion
I canceled my last review because since then I have had problems with some work that they have done, and they do not want to fix it, so far I am waiting for a call from them now. I have went in twice to talk to them about it and they haven't done anything yet. They were supposed to call me back last week and fail to do so. I called them today and I am waiting for a call back from them. The problem is a bridge on bottom that was replaced due to cavities. The bridge that they put in does not line up with the top teeth. Due to this problem I can not chew my food on that side. The total cost for the bridge was $5,101 which included the fillings. They do not put up most of the bad reviews unless you check into all of the reviews.

Had a great experience @ Modern Dentistry. Kim is very pleasant to deal with. Started here when Dr Swanson owned the practice and have stayed on with Dr Matheson and his terrific staff.
Worth the drive from Spring Hill!

I had my routine 4 month visit for preventive care. No waiting and Bonnie was excellent as usual.

Overall great experience with Modern Family. Bonnie, my hygienist, is awesome- so friendly and thorough. My family trusts Dr. Masterson’s guidance. He has a terrific chair-side manner and his work is excellent. I highly recommend his Practice!

From being greeted when I walked in till the time I left EVERYONE was so nice and thoughtful. Danielle my dental technician was gentle, and kind. Going back for my next appointment soon. Thank you all for the great service.

Dr masterson and Bonnie were extremely kind and patient with my 9 year old son. All staff were very informative and prfessional. Will be back and will recommend this office to anyone.

Modern family dentistry is by far one of the best and most professional dental offices i have been too. They walked me through everything thing that was going on when getting a crown put on my tooth. I will %1000 percent recommend them to everyone!
