Just placed a delivery order from this location. Delivery driver dropped off food and didn't wait to allow us to check the order. Missing 3 sides, 2 drinks. When we called the location the woman that answered the phone offered to allow us to come get the missing items but the whole point was to have it delivered. We are working and cannot leave to get items that should have been delivered. Offered a refund but we have no drinks so. Won't be ordering from here anymore.

Excellent experience. An employee by the name of Forty (?) helped me and my girlfriend out. I must say, he exceeded our expectations and then some. Good portions, clean work station, and very kind. All we can ask for! WELCOME TO MOEEEEE’s!

I explicitly remember when this Moe’s location originally opened (I used to work for New Horizons Computer Learning). I have recently returned to working in Gainesville at the University and this is the closest location to my office. Gainesville has many offerings for a “burrito”. Why would one choose this location over Chipotle, Burrito Bros, Tijuana Flats, Etc? Simple answer: employees like Meagan. Today’s visit was solely based on the fact that it is National Burrito Day—on social media Moe’s was posting about National Burrito Day and $5 Burritos. I convinced a co-worker to go with me for lunch. Upon entering Moe’s it is customary for a loud “welcome to Moe’s”, but not today. Meagan greeted us with “HAPPY BURRITO DAY! ” enthusiastically. I enjoy visiting establishments that have people who are enthusiastic and embrace “fun”. Meagan’s personality is a difference maker. When I placed my order, she maintained an upbeat demeanor. She was enjoying the banter and made ordering a burrito fun. During my order, she made a suggestive sell option letting me know that the bowls qualified for the $5 event. When preparing my Burrito she followed Moe’s protocols and measurements but did so with some flair and a smile. Meagan had a similar interaction with my co-worker and every guest after me. This is who she is. Moe’s needs more employees that embrace that level of customer service. It wasn’t cheesy. It wasn’t “mailed in”. Meagan’s attention to service and interacting with guests should be acknowledged and recognized.

Good, not great. I used to be incredibly impressed with Moe's. The food quality and quantity always made me feel as though I was getting a great value. I haven't been in awhile and things have changed there. Now, it simply seems like it's more hype and less substance, making it overpriced. It is still good, just not as good and the pricing makes it not a good value. Also, not quite the same cool vibe there. Unenthusiastic staff in a rush to get done for the evening. A far cry from what used to be a place pulsing with energy and atmosphere, especially when the staff would holler the signature, "Welcome to Moe's! " greeting, which, along with the energy, has also vanished. There are better deals for the money I spent there. Unsure when I will return. The 4 star rating might be generous.

We ordered through bite squad and the delivery driver forgot one of the bags of food and could careless when we told her. So we called the Moes at Royal Park plaza and they had it. When I arrived to pick it up they had re-made our food fresh for us! Great place and people!

This location lost my online order. I placed my online order at 5: 30pm and then I arrived at Moe’s at a little before 6: 00pm and at 6: 30pm my food was still not ready to be picked up. While I was waiting for my food I noticed that none of the workers were working at a decent pace or seemed concerned that about 20 people were waiting for their orders. I had to leave without receiving my order, so now I am writing this review while angry and hungry. This location definitely did not step up to the challenge of preparing to-go orders during the pandemic.

Everytime we come here the staff is so rude! They all have attitudes when we come in like we are inconveniencing them! This is the last time we go to Moes. Chipotle here we come.

There are several Moe's in the Gainesville area. They used to be based on Cuban foods but now have good selections of American-Spanish foods based on original foods from several countries. I like to personalize the food and get your choice of toppings or extra if you want. Expect big portions. Very good and tasty food. I feed my addition to Moe's at least once a week.delicious food.good specials.rewards program helps.

Free group of people clean environment a little spill in the floor took awhile to get to but the staff was overwhelmed. Even so they were unaffected by the stress and remained as professional as you can be

Decent for the price. It's better if it's slow though, because if you order when it's busy, they might mess up your order if you're not careful.

1: 45pm on a Tuesday, I come in and order a steak stack. I expected it to be good because I paid extra for steak and the stack is already around $10. Took a little long to take my order and as they scoop the steak in it looks really old. Never got a receipt or was asked if I wanted one. The drink I wanted at the machine was out. I’ve eaten at Moes a lot and that stack tasted really mediocre and my total was $14 with a drink. Really? ”

1000 times better than the UF location. Fresh food, friendly employees. Will return soon after avoiding Moe's for over a year due to a poor experience at the on-campus location

Surprisingly good food and service at this location. Staff was super friendly, and food came out fast and HOT. Good prices, and regular coupons. I would definitely eat here again.

Great tasting, lots of food, very colorful, quick service, and helpful staff who listens to your wants. This was my 2nd time in Moe's, but the first time I visited this location. Food was fresh and smelled great. I got their Chicken Wrong Doug which has a tortilla then a hard taco broken in a few pieces then covered by rice, beans, chicken, cheese and your choice of added toppings. Then they take another hard taco and break it into a few pieces and place them on top of everything. After you are done building your Stack, they fold the tortilla over everything and place it on the griddle and cook both sides. I also got 2 small containers of sour cream and a bag of chips. You have your choice of salsa mixes and if you get a drink, you have some Teas to choose from or Coco Cola Freestyle fountain drinks. We tried a drink called Moe-Rita, which is a mix of lemon lime and orange with something extra mixed in. It tasted great so we got it. Melissa did a great job in helping us and assisting me since I did not know how the whole process works. Thank you for your kindness and patience. Everything was delicious.
We took the food to go, here are a few pictures I took when I got back to the office. Looking forward to seeing you again very soon.

Attention Corporate of Moe's Southwest Grill.

Decided to have Moe's on Easter Sunday, arrived 20 minutes before closing. A worker realized it was close to closing and started to run his mouth saying "I want to go home. I don't want to be here. Yo if anyone calls we are closed! " He was extremely rude and very disrespectful. No customer service skills. There was at least 10 customers in line. He did not want to make anyone's meal. Practically reused everyone in the line. He made it very uncomfortable. This was extremely bad experience for me and my family. I had to leave.
Corporate needs to watch the video on Easter 2019 and see how truly the staff had no work ethic, and beyond disrespectful and the use of words how he did not to make anyones meals.
Corporate needs to be a follow up with this. And take this into consideration to terminate him. The staff needs possible termination as well.
I just couldn't believe it.
