Moe's Southwest Grill, Clearwater FL

My mom got a taco salad, I decided not to get anything as the food didn't look fresh and the grill looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a while.
I decided to go to Panera bread instead.

Moe's has an excellent menu featuring healthy eats to will replenish and nourish your body; needless to say the taste is phenomenal.

Don't order here unless you're there to watch it be made. More than half my order missing from Uber despite a receipt the length of my forearm on the front of the bag. Driver says what he delivered was all that was packed, restaurant refuses to take any accountability and now I can't eat on my lunch break. Thanks Moe's!

I've had good experiences at other Moe's but this one was meh at best. The girl on the 2 oz protein scoop filled it half way, dumped it on the tortilla and then asks if I want extra meat after saying that's the proper amount. I said I want more than that! So down the line it went and the "extra" meat added $2.49 to the burrito. In the end, the flavor was good, but the burrito was half the size of a Chipotle burrito for less $. The upside is you get chips and salsa which is a plus for value.

It took a few mins to get someone to help us but once they came the employees were extremely nice & helpful (especially the cashier) very friendly! Food was Fresh restaurant clean, I still think Moe’s is a little pricey compared to other restaurants of its caliber but other than that no complaints! I’ll be back.

Just picked up an online order and this is what was in my bowl, seems as though most of the food is missing barley any rice. Very disappointing driving all the way home to see mostly black beans and shredded cheese in my bowl and was missing a side of salsa i ordered. I should of checked before I left

Agree with the other reviews, this location is dirty and the staff are beyond bothered to get you non greasy chips. How dare I ask. Total lack of leadership is apparent. And they were out of the first two things we tried to order. Too bad…I really like Moe’s usually.

Walked in.guy behind the counter was wearing a dirty shirt and didn’t have a mask or gloves on. Checked Moe’s website, they’re supposed to be masked up. Was trying to decide if I wanted to stay and eat when an unmasked employee came out from the back.promptly coughed without covering his mouth, and walked back into the kitchen. I was looking forward to that Grande Homewrecker, but I’ll take mine without the COVID please.

Was better before. Still okay. More expensive. Would recommend over Chipotle. But yeah. Still expensive. If you need a burrito then this is a good place since taco Bell has been lackin

Walked in, said “hello” person behind the counter looked up at me and then back down. (Ok, I am not that petty, whatever) no hair net or mask while leaning over the food (not a corona concern, just a basic health and safety concern really)

While sitting down, we can very clearly hear the four employees complaining about clients coming in and other various colorful wordage.

Only one of the four people wasn’t getting involved and kept going about her job.

Sadly, I am done with this place. Food was meh, service was akin to grade school cafeteria, state of seating and tables is worse than Waffle House.

Everything looked ok at first glance, but then I noticed the employees were wearing dirty shirts and making our food with no aprons on, they barely even switched gloves one guys didn't even use gloves at all. Wouldn't recommend anyone come to this Moe's, it just seems like there is a lack of sanitation or consideration for anyone's food.

Go there on a Moe's Monday. Pay my bill. Ask were my drink is. Apparently the staff aren't aware drinks come with burritos on Monday? When I showed them on their website it was just blank stares.

I think this more is better when the cute red headed girl is on shift. She lifts the spirits of the place with her positive vibes.

Very disappointed with my experience. We frequent this location weekly and tonight was terrible. Our burritos were skimp on toppings compared to every other time we have been to this location over the last 8 months. One of our burritos was mislabeled as a home wrecker and not a jr burrito so the food was given to the wrong family member and our 40 dollar meal was NOT enjoyable at all. We will NOT be returning to this location after our experience this evening.

Used to come here all the time. Went in today and there’s a wait no big deal. One of the associates opened a bag a cheese with his mouth. Never again.

How do I start. I only gave 1 star because I had to so to get started. Myself & my husband are frequent at Moes in the surrounding area, but every time we go to this location that heavy set GM name Phil would give us a hard time. My husband would have migraines when he eats white bread so we normally ask to make quesadilla on wheat & offered to pay the extra. One time the girl said she would have to cut the tortilla in half, this time the mean GM Phil said we must pay double the price. We worked all day, never ate since breakfast, excited to have our fave dish & was crushed miserably. I would like to get the attention of the head office to either shut down this location or fire mean boy Phil, before more of us start going elsewhere.
