Great staff and customer service was very welcoming why we were traveling visiting from Wisconsin Thank you all again! First time eating here

I go here on 'Moe Mondays' when I'm in the mood for a nice FAT 'homewrecker' burrito. I load mine up, so once mine is done, it is LITERALLY as wide as my ARM at the elbow (about 4" circumference). Comes with fresh made chips that I make 'grande nachos' with at home.

The only 'complaint' that I have is with the drink machines. They have the coke 'freestyle' ones, which is great. Apparently, their MOE-RITA mix is very popular, which takes several 'packs' to be in the machine to make it.and several times when I've gone to my local Moe's, (Belcher/Brian Dairy) they were either "out" and I had to wait for them to re-fill the machine, or this last time. I had to drive out of my way to another location (Roosevelt Walmart, Clearwater) to get my food and drink, as the staff couldn't re-fill the machine. They were physically out of the packs required.

Driving out of my way was a bit inconvenient, but the MOE-RITA is THAT GOOD. I always get the Moe-Rita for my drink. It just goes together with the food. It's like going to a certain 'bell' place and NOT getting the 'baha blast' with your food. That to me makes no sense. It's the exclusive. For me, that's WHY I go.

My suggestion to MOE'S is for EVERY STORE to carry EXTRA of the packs required to make the MOE-RITA. That is YOUR EXCLUSIVE DRINK. There is really NO EXCUSE why that should not ALWAYS be available.

This place has gone down hill like you wouldn't believe! Raise the prices and lower the ingedients and quality of product. I stopped in yesterday just for chips and quac. The chips were not cooked very well, tasted half cooked. My guacamole was only avocado and a ton of jalapenos, way more than should be. No cilantro, tomato or onions in it. I would have gotten roasted corn pico too but it was only corn, no pico in it. I know how the recipes should be done, I worked at Moes many years as both prep person and as an assistant manager. I also worked at this location 5 years ago and am disgusted as to how unclean it was as well.

I order today and the burrito bowl was so nasty and everything didnt seem fresh. I will not go there again and I paid about 12.00 dollars and the bowl wasnt even full like at Chipotle.

It was my first time at Moe's and the staff were all very nice and helpful. I was really impressed with the 2 ladies I dealt with at lunch today. I thought there was a cool assortment of ingredients too. I just wasn't impressed with the flavors at all. Just not for my personal taste buds but I was pleased with everything else and thought the free chips was a very nice addition to the meal.

They always take extra food care of me and I love them and they make me feel like it's mutual. Always smiling and laughing with the crew.

The service was poor, they cooked my tofu on a tortilla warmer because they were cleaning the grill and didn’t want to get it dirty again. Disgusted, will never come back. When I brought up “why are you guys cooking my tofu in the tortilla warmer and not the grill? ” They didn’t try and fix the situation at all and let me walk out the store unhappy. AND I TOLD THEM BEFORE I LEFT IM GOING TO LEAVE A REVIEW SO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT. I paid $12.08 for hot garbage. Will not recommend and will be reporting this to the BBB my experience was disturbing, they were not following cdc guidelines or servsafe requirements. I’m never buying here again.

Kind of like chipotle except better. The employees were helpful and had recommendations for dietary needs, can't do spicy. The chips were really good as well as my bowl. Would recommend.

It's harder and harder to go to any Moes. They nickel and dime you and charge so much but don't give you much in the way of meat. Sadly, since COVID, everything costs more and you get less.

The people at this location were very friendly with a big welcome to Moe's! I ordered the vegetarian burrito which came out awesome! You can't go wrong building your own burrito. They run a promo for Moe's Monday where you get a drink chips and a burrito. I've been doing this deal for over 10 years. I'm so glad they keep it an and will be returning again in the future. Tried mushrooms on the burrito this time and it was decent. They're salsa bar was great too for all the extra chips that they give us.

I came in for lunch today and ate there. Great food, the employees greeted everyone that came in, & the tables and drink area were clean. The meal was too much for me to finish and I have half of it to take home. I also saw a sign they are giving 20% off on Wednesday in 2022 for teachers. I will be back

2nd visit, both times the order was not correct. Poor customer service. Go to a different Moe's for better food, I know I will.

Went to get Moe's on a Monday.who doesn't right? Well, I stood in line with 4 people in front of me, 10 minutes later the line hadn't moved, literally 10 minutes, I ended up just leaving, as did the 6 people behind me. I'm a patient person, but orders weren't even being taken. Crazy.

A little pricey for a taco salad basket, although worth it because you can have salad done your way. Big assortment of ingredients and there are other items on the menu. Also free chips and salsa. Easy access n parking. Friendly staff, very clean place. We really enjoyed eating there.
