Moe's Southwest Grill, Live Oak FL

Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and I enjoy this place every year on our way to our family vacation. Every time we come it is clean, has excellent service, and has a very friendly staff.

I wish I could leave zero stars, clearly anyone who has left anything more than one star does not live in Live Oak and was just passing through. The absolute worst service and completely worthless management, always! I have given this location more than a fair amount of opportunities and every time they mess up my order. This town needs a Chipotle, you are one store opening from shutting down thats how terrible your service and food is. PS Learn how to order your supply correctly also, like come on.

Salt is your friend, if you don't use it please offer it. Other than that we had a very nice experience

I told my family we would order during the day cause the GM would be there and we would definitely get a great meal. Boy was I wrong. Onions and bell peppers were grotesquely big, food was done ten mins early, but everything was cold. Got one order of chips for three meals that would have gotten chips and they hate sharing that cilantro. We won't be ordering from Moe's ANYMORE! What a waste of money! Super disappointed.

Wow the female (manager?) working here in glasses was the rudest person I’ve ever met, continually rolled her eyes at us and when I asked for a side of cheese she gave me queso and when I said I wanted cheese not queso she told me no at first and then charged me 6 DOLLARS for one side of cheese. Like kicked the kid off the register to make SURE I paid $6 for a sprinkle of cheese. Never had this happen at a moes. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off and have the rudest woman on earth yell at you and spit in your food because you wanted a side

The service is always good. They always greet you when you come in. The employees are always polite and very patient even when you don't know what you want because you've never been there there are always there to help you out. The food is on the little expensive side, it is worth every penny. The restaurant is always clean bathrooms are kept up clean.

We just left there, it's Saturday 8/27/22,2: 45 PM. The manager working needs to find a new job! The young man and lady working up front were excellent as was the food. They deserve 5 stars. But to the manager who brought her son to work because she didn't have a babysitter, maybe you should've been inside to keep an eye on him instead if sitting in your car out back playing on your phone. Your kid was sticking his hands in the ice bin where the drinks are held, eating the ice, took his shoes off and left them in the middle of the walkway for people to trip on. The poor girl at the register was so frustrated trying to take care of customers and your kid. That is not her job. The young man working had to go outside to ask you a question. What type of manager are you?

Portion size was decent for the price but the food was incredibly bland. I threw half the burrito in the trash.

All of the containers were empty at 5: 15pm, nothing was prepped (no meats and no veggies). The employee had long curly hair with NO hat or hair net that was taking my order.

Staff slow and didnt serve customers. Left after waiting 15 min being second person in line. Staff also touching clothes with gloves on. Not sanitary.

Friendly staff. Great prices. Music and atmosphere was spot on! 2 of my 4 kids ate for free! The Roasted tomatoe salsa is where it's at!

Somehow we spent $50 for 4 people, and two of them were cheese quesadillas. Extremely slow. One worker just stood there talking to the others. No lids for kids’ drinks. Only half of the drinks were available.

The restaurant experience on the day I went was not up to their standards. The staff wasn't as attentive as they usually are. The restaurant was not very clean. They had ants on the counters near the tea dispensers. Over all, it was a very disappointing visit.

Ordered Nachos which are usually my go to at Moe's. Upon ordering you could smell that the oil did not smell right. I knew it was 8 pm when I got there but I thought surely that they would change the oil if they burned it. I had a 30 minute drive to get there and qhen I returned home I unhappily learned that they did indeed serve chips cooked in burned oil making the food inedible. Thanks Moe's. I wont be back.

Great service and attention to detail. The two gentlemen that helped me were wonderful. My order was made quickly and I was able to bring it home and enjoy it warm as always!

Really good. But no salsa? !? How do y'all not have salsa for a Mexican place. Thank you good burrito meal!

Horrible. Stopped in at 8: 30 on Friday June 17th. There was approximately 7 people in front of us. When we were the next to order, it was now 8: 55. Keep in mind, the website says open till 10pm. The incredibly rude manager informed everyone that he had already told everyone that we couldn’t eat inside we had to take the food after the young man making the food told us we could eat inside. I have never encountered such rudeness. And he NEVER said that. We said we were leaving due to the rudeness. Manager then said “don’t ever come back then bitch”! I will definitely be calling corporate in the morning as well as the gentleman in front of us said he was going to also. That was completely unacceptable! Wish I could give 0 stars

Never order online! I ordered online, showed up and still waited 30 minutes to get my food! This place is ran by kids and grown adults that still live at home with mom and dad at 40 years old!
