Moe's Southwest Grill, Lakeland FL

Out of Cucumbers. Always liked Moe's, but at $18.00 for a burrito bowl and a drink, including 2.00 for queso. I will not be returning.

This location was extremely dirty. Dirty behind the counter and dirty dining area.the ice and soda machine wasn't working properly.the chips were burnt. The salsa table was scary. The young lady who made my food was friendly.everyone working was super young I'm not sure if they are just winging it without a proper manager or what. I wouldn't recommend it.until they clean up

This is my go-to spot.this location has improved. Food is great and staff is kind. But I can agree with others that this place needs some love & new management.

We used to love Moe’s. Stay away! It’s 3rd world! Moe’s Monday is up to $8.99. For that you get the honor of sitting at a dirty table, eating sour old ingredients in your burrito, no guacamole, no tea at all— don’t get me started on the salsa bar. It used to be so good. I think it was a victim of COVID. It’s on life support. It’s off our restaurant list. But don’t think they really would care! Sad!

The chicken quesadilla I got to go was inedible! I haven't eaten at this location in over a year and was always satisfied: but today! It was awful. Chicken was so dried out and seasoned - I asked for non seasoned - and the shell was barely cooked - still soft not that slight crunch you usually get. The only decent thing I got was their queso but the chips tasted stale. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MINEY GOING THERE! I will not go there again!

Good food although a little pricey, staff is working very hard and gave us everything we needed as quickly as possible. Was not too loud for a date:)
Update: store forgot something in my online order, but it wasn't their fault as the ticket had printed wrong. Store manager still gave me a free meal:) wonferful customer service!

This is the second time in a row I've gotten very undercooked and crunchy rice. It completely ruins the rice bowl. For the price I paid they could at least get that right

When I was younger me and my friends used to come to this moes every Monday, the food and service was outstanding. Even as recently as a couple years ago, Service was great when they had a manager named Marty, since then it has gone downhill. Every time I go there, the chips are burnt and the girls just serve them to you like they don’t care And never have the ingredients they’re supposed to have on a daily basis and each time recently I have gone I have left disappointed, and I do not plan on returning which is sad because I really liked moes

I don't know what happened to Moe's. It used to be such a great place and the food used to be good. Now everything is just gone. The food is sad. The service is mediocre and the restaurant itself is always dirty. What happened to you Moe's?

This store is cramped, always dirty and somewhat uncomfortable to eat at. Reminds me of an unloved school cafeteria.

I exclusively visit this location for the Monday promotion (superb deal - any burrito and drink for 6.99). But I'd almost always spend the extra 15 minutes to drive to a cleaner and more welcoming location.

I feel like the store is understaffed or the managers aren't trained to stress cleaning the store for costomers to sit and enjoy what they just purchased.

Used to be a HUGE fan of Moe’s. Chips were inedible (hard, greasy). “Fresh” salsa bar tasty musty as if it were left out for a week. All ingredients for burritos were lackluster in flavor and texture. Quality definitely needs to be looked at.

Not a good experience at all. The staff were unfriendly and rude. The place looked dirty. They acted like they didn’t want to be there. I got 1 burrito and was charged close to $20! I’ve never ever see that before. They kept asking me if I wanted to add extra guac and queso and I kept saying no. They filled my burrito with so much guac, it was gross and then they wanted almost $20. Maybe it was their way of getting the extra money. I don’t know. I didn’t wanna pay and they kept arguing that that was the new burrito price. I don’t think so. I was in a rush so I took it but I wouldn’t recommend this location! Try another one if you can.

Me and quite a few of my friends have recently quit going here because of the sheer fact that they took tomatoes off the menu you can't even get tomatoes on anything you order anymore how sad enjoy your loss of revenue

Great Service! I needed to order a family meal and had problems with the app and the team was so helpful when I came in. Need more people in the world like the team at Moes Lakeland!

I made a mess by accident wasn't even I made a mess by accident wasn't even their fault, and they replaced my meal for free. Great staff ty again

Garbage. The store was empty except for the 4 of us. They couldn't get our order right and had to remake half of it. The ingredients were lukewarm and tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago. Add in the cost of almost $60 for fast food and i won't be going back. I was already not a fan. I went because my family wanted to go. If i ever go back i will trust my original instinct and order nothing.

All the staff are great very helpful and explaining everything that was fresh and how it was made and said our crew I'm hungry lacrosse players

Every time I come to this Chipotle I can never get salad dressing I can never get lime wedges lemon wedges and it's always from this one particular guy up front and he just happened to be there today around lunch time he has really bad customer service I had to stand there and wait to pay for my food for him to put a door back together when he could have easily took care of me first every time I go there he always has a problem he has very bad customer service you people should cater to your customers if I need dressing get me dressing if I need lemon wedges get me lemon wedges the fact that every time I come it's no no we don't have this we don't have that that makes no sense at all

I went because of Tmobile Tuesday discount given for their burrito bowls. Ive ate at Moes years ago, didnt care for it then and its prob worse now. I got the Adobo chkn bowel and it was so bland and boring. The chicken had good seasoning but it was overcooked alil so dry. Everything else on the meal was tasteless. I ended up tossing majority of the bowl. I paid $4 for that meal and I wouldn't even spend that again for this food. Chipotle has more flavors than here.

This is my third time coming to this location and I can say things have definitely changed since the first time I visited. I spoke with the young gentleman up front Danny the General Manager, whom took care of us and he explained to me that the store is under new management. Keep up the good work. It is clean, great customer service (quick, efficient & friendly), and food was great, fresh and hot. Look forward to visiting again.
