Moe's Southwest Grill, Coral Springs FL

Appearance was really outdated and dirty. Employees were scratching their hats with gloves on then making your food. There are better locations to go to than this one.

It was better before. They seem to be short on some of the ingredients. There was no ice in the soda machine and the soda was somewhat warm when you dispensed it

We use to go to Moe's every Friday night, but things changed the one we went to is long gone (closed) so we found this one at this location, service was great, fast the food area was clean, the crew was friendly.
The chips weren't done and very greasy, the salsa bar wasn't open hopefully this week change. It was nice knowing atleast one Moe's has made it

OMG, horrible. The ladies behind the counter were great, the food, not so much. I don't know where to start. The portion was micro sized. I ordered a bowl and it was so small I questioned them. There was literally more empty space in the bowl than food. I'm not looking for the bowl to be filled to the top but there should at least be enough rice providing a thin layer to cover the bottom of the bowl.

The the meat was old and crunchy, the bacon was to hard to chew and the chips were beyond stale. Never again, I don't know how they can keep the doors open with such poor food quality.

Owner very rude never buy from this place again so many other restaurants way better with good customer service be aware I cancel my order and never order from this place again

Horrible experience… i was overcharged.workers were not knowledgeable when I brought up my concern and said “I don’t know why, there is nothing i can do to help. ” No manager was present to help. I love moes but - 0/10 recommend this moes location.

I just like their dishes. I always get excellent service here. The place is clean and the employees are always friendly. Would recommend to others.

Just left Coral Springs Moe's. Staff was busy making to-go orders. They ignored us for 5 minutes till the guy by the register came over to take our order. He was nice and made a good burito.

Food wonderful as always. But. Don't force your patrón to give a 20% and claim the reader isn't working properly.

Update: come in today and find the restaurant hot and humid. Very uncomfortable. When I ask if the ac is down they all say no. Apparently they like to have the ac high then. Look at picture of all three thermostats. 81/82/82. You call that cool? Come on its 88 outside.

Service and quality of food is not consistent. During my last visit they were playing uncensored music in the store which was highly inappropriate.

Service was terrible. The food was actually pretty good, and I would have given them a better review if the staff wasn't so rude and obnoxious.

I've been waiting for curbside outside for over 30 minutes with others apparently waiting longer. My sister went in in person 15 minutes ago as has been quite literally ignored by the staff (same gentleman who when you call is picking up and not speaking to you but instead ignoring you by putting the phone in their pocket and continuing to make orders at the counter that you can hear). We ordered an hour earlier to try and make it easier since its Friday night. Literally 5+ cars of people are having the same issue. No apologies just "when its done it will be on the counter there". Also worth noting that social distancing inside is essentially a joke too since they're ignoring callers forcing them to go in.

It's kind of a 50/50 going here. The amount of food you get and somehow the taste of that food will change based on who is serving you, but it's a nice clean place.

1 word- Awsome! When went there, the tacos I ordered will filled to the absolute top. I would specially want to thank Carlos, as he was extremely polite and literally gave me and my family the BEST Moe's experience EVER! Also, thank you to the entire team working with Carlos (It was on Wednesday, 10/14/20 at around 4 ish), as they, along with Carlos, just went through the roof with customer service, and I really enjoyed my last visit. I hope I get the same exact team as Wednesday (10/14/20). Everything was great.

P. S That food was yummy!

I've been eating here since moving to SoFla in 2012. I love this place. The owner/manager is very friendly. Most of the people working here are friendly, too. The location is in a great spot - nice, safe community.
