Moe's Southwest Grill, Orlando FL

I came into the store over a month ago because it has been a while since my wife and I had moes. The customer service was horrible and the food made us sick for 2 days. I reached out to corporate explained my experience and to this day I have yet to hear from anyone. The company doesn't care about their customers nor the quality of food. I waited over a month to write this review because I figured they would have reached out to me by now. I don't recommend this location to anyone!

This was my first time ever going to a "Moe's". No flavor at all. Quesadilla was sloppy, cheese was not melted. You'll be better going to a gas station and getting more flavorful food from there.

Don't go here food is so bad you have to throw it away. Old stale food no salsa for chips. Beef in burrito had so much pepper it made me sick from just 2 bites and to the trash it went. And they don't answer the phone ever.

Just horrible, not a single ingredient was fresh! No ice, no diet sodas, no cilantro, no carnitas…. Music too loud, will not come back to this location

It was disgusting how my Moe’s order was delivered. When I opened the plastic bag that had the paper bag inside with my burrito.which was barely covered with foil.the Cold Chips were underneath the Home wrecker burrito.needles to say the chips did Not fill 1/4 of the bag and they were crushed under the burrito. The bag was greasy.ripped and twisted shut at the top like a used bag… the Caso cheese was $6.99 for a container. Wha? YUCK AND GROSS! This was UNACCEPTABLE!

I've eaten at different locations before and never seen such a sad spot. My son wanted Chipotle and I insisted we come here. First, I didn't get greeted with the infamous "welcome to moe's! ". That didn't bother me, what did was the food and it's quality. Everything looked so dried out and unpleasant. The rice looked burned and dried like it came from the bottom of the pot. I figured maybe it will taste fine. No. He ordered the homewrecker and I remember there being more ingredients. He just ordered a few bc everything else looked old. I had some type of quesadilla. He ate his bc he was hungry and said it was ok. I ate half of mine. I was so done. The coke machine of all things didn't have coke. One of the workers had his friends hanging out and who knows if they paid for food or whatever. Plus the total was 30 something bucks. I should have gone to Chipotle, paid $22 and have gotten more food, fresher quality. I'm not one of those who would cause a scene, so I chose my fate and walked out. Don't come to this location. Pick a different one. I used to love Moe's! Not this one!

The last two orders I have placed online were wrong when delivered. Rarely do I order through Doordash and this is why. The only option is a refund. I don't want a refund. I wanted the queso

No one welcomed me in and it took a while for someone to come and make my food. The employee made my stack in a sloppy way and puts them in the bag in a poor manner. Also wasn't so bright, didn't even give a smile, and didn't offer if I wanted to drink or not.

Hit or miss on food quality. Somedays it's baaaad and dried out, sometimes it looks fresh. Kids running things that don't show much care or concern with how they treat you. Floors and booths were so dirty. Place needs a deep clean. It has a bad smell when you enter, like old carpet even though there isn't much carpet there. Chips are stale tasting and overly salted.

I love Moe’s normally when ordering for delivery. Came in today to store to get an order to go. Food was not cooked well, chips were stale, no ice in ice machine or sweet tea made. Guy working there came over to make some tea, but it looked like water… and he didn’t care or try to fix it. Dirty, and water all over the floor. Taco’s we at made us sick… so disappointing. I don’t know that I’d go back.

Every time I go in the whole dining area is filthy.
Last time, I went I got stale chips and cold meat. Always declining service. If you want better one with fresh items CityWalk location is preferred.

June 14th 8: 02pm pick up order. I’ve been to Moes plenty of times at different locations. All the Moes I’ve been to are pretty much the same BUT this location lacks. Just lacks. They’re lacking in customer service, food lacks flavor and seasoning. Had to throw away my order just because it tasted like cardboard. Till this day I’m waiting for my chips and salsa that i never received. They better step it up before Chipotle buys them out. *Chipotle is in the next plaza if you’re interested.

Welcoming experience. Clean store. Don’t listen to these bad reviews, the food is so good. So much favor. Such friendly and fast staff. Yes they are young but they are killing it! Shout out to Sam and Edwin for the excellent work

Moes is constantly good. This location is some how better then all the other Orlando locations I’ve been too. The staff is funny and upbeat. The store was clean. They had such good teamwork. Food was unusually better than normal.

Place was a total mess. Food everywhere, nothing clean. Food was cold. Not lost temperature cold but stone cold. The pork was all balls of fat. Had to get 4 different drinks because the machine was broken and not dispensing anything other than soda water and even just a regular coke tasted off. My 1st time ever at a Moe's and I'll never be back, do better.

Great environment. Great food. Young staff but they are on point I love seeing young hard working people. Don’t let these bad reviews get to you. This store is amazing, great area. Best tex Mexican food around

Redeemed the experience.
First outing to Moes rather than Chipotle. Initial veggie bowls had no veggies, and was basically a bowl of rice and lettuce with some salsa, served by staff that didn't want to be there. Not what we had seen on undercover boss a few nights prior.
When prompted further the manager cooked some veggies, which were tasty.
Unfortunately, we had to complain as it was so disappointing having broken away from chipotle.
Really have to give my dues to the gentleman that worked there who came over to the table and apologised personally. That takes a lot, so thanks.
The food was nice, and my son was especially complimentary about the chicken burrito.

Don't let anyone recommend this restaurant to you! The food was cold and stale! They don't know how to make burritos! I have had plenty burritos because I lived in Texas and none of the restaurant here including Moe's and Chipotle doesn't know how to make a proper burrito! Tortillas burst when they are wrapping them and it as if they don't care or take any pride in their work!
