Moe's Southwest Grill, Port St. Lucie FL

The food is not that good honestly. Also I paid for my order and after that they walked away without bagging my order up or saying “thank you, have a nice day”. They all seemed to be too busy chatting it up amongst themselves to greet any customers. Even when I walked in I didn’t get a greeting. The first young lady that was at the beginning of the food line serving people just stared at me waiting for me to tell her what I wanted. She did not greet me at all. My co worker’s recommended that I go here for lunch but I won’t be doing that ever again. For sure. It was an awkward experience and I took roughly two bites of the food and was not interested in eating anymore. Waste of money!

Very overpriced for the food quantity, ordered a burrito which was supposed to be 8.99 but paid $13 at the register? No guac, no queso, but I guess since I got a microscopic amount of pork it was extra.will not be returning

My first experience with Moe’s and it was ok.
The bowl of rice was not even half full so it didn’t really filled me out. $10 for a bowl and didn’t get enough of food and this is coming from a skinny guy.

Another establishment that has similar things didn't do things right, order wasn't right and the service was a huge disappointment. Moe's got everything right, and the food was fantastic.

This place used to be good. Throwing out my cold burrito with what taste like day old steak. It taste like we ordered it for lunch and left it sitting out on the counter until 10 pm. We will got across the street to Chipotle in the future. Tried calling for a refund with no one answering the phone.

This is like a bad version of chipotle I came in late and the staff were nice enough to let me eat even though they were closing

My family and I ate chicken bacon quesadillas and we have the worst food poisoning we’ve ever experienced. The staff was unfriendly and rude which isn’t a big deal for me. But we’re so sick after eating here. Something isn’t right in the kitchen.

Awful.simply disgusting, steak was so well done it took effort to bite through, everything in the burrito was cold, not a whole lot of distinguishable flavor, the bland rice, bland beans, mediocre salsa's. I've never been a fan of Chipotle but even that place is better. They also had no sugar free soda in the dispenser which is also something I prefer. Totally never going back, it was not appetizing in the slightest.

I love Moe's food, so the 3 stars has nothing to do with the food. I would give the food 5 stars. I'm giving only 3 stars because I just called to put in an order for pick up and the gentleman that I spoke with was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! When I first told him that I wanted to place an order for pickup, he actually told me that they were slow right now and I can just come in to eat. Ha! I let him know that I'm currently 9 months pregnant and on strict bed rest and my sister was coming to pick up the order for my kids and I. The whole phone call he was very short, rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional! Whoever this gentleman is, Moe's seriously needs to have a firm talking to with him because I could not even believe the tone, disrespect and horrible service this gentleman provided.

Chips discolored, possibly got wet and very likely moldy. What happened to the Moes quality of fresh chips cooking and salsa?
Also, Simple burrito gotten completely wrong as well. I don’t eat guacamole, ended up loaded with it. The bit I did attempt to eat was tasteless mush. I see why chipotle is the crowd favorite, disappointing.

This place is really good a lot better than the chipotle across the street only thing is they always close early so I wouldn’t recommend trying to come in the last hour that they have listed as being open

I ordered dinner and when I was charged I asked why they did not make it a combo which would save me money they stated it was too late Food was good however service was not.

My original rating was a 5 star. Now consistently for the last 3 months I'd only give it a 1 star. Always out of items on the steam table. 2-4 items. And there is literally a farmers market next door. And more than several times they have closed 10-15 minutes early. I'm guessing that's why Chipotle across the street is so damn busy now.

"welcome to Moe's" - no, no greeting when we walked in. In fact, no one directly at the front counter but a few employees huddled by the register. Waited a few minutes just for a male to come up, wash his hands, and finally take our order.

No lids for medium cups at all in utensils area. Salsa bar looked a mess, extra run off on the counter and around the bowls.

Something must not have been cooked completely, because within a few hours both my wife and I had unbelievable you know what.

Lastly, with all the covid related issues still going around, please explain why you think your straw container is acceptable to put out for customers like this? So all customers have touched all these straws, that other customers put in their mouth. Clearly can see its Great Value, found at Walmart. Once again showing another utensil item not stocked at the store.

I have been coming to this location for years, I have to say I won’t be returning. The rice and black beans were undercooked, the mushrooms tasted soured and tomatoes were awful 43.00 wasted

Very frustrated experience when the food is being served with gloves? Not utensils or spoons or forks. Putting hands on top of your food because I have gloves. I observed the young lady cleaning the left overs wipe other areas with the same gloves she was grabbing my food. It was unsanitary I paid the food after she got offended by me telling it was unpleasant and trashed. The manager or older gentleman there was very sarcastic and disrespectful toward us. If you want food with bacteria go there otherwise find a healthy place to eat.

Very clean, very good customer service, they so nice and very patient with u, they don't rush you like other place I will definite be going back

I did not get the standard welcome to Moe's, however, they more than made up for it. The manager kindly fried a tortilla for me, since they discontinued the taco bowl some time ago. It made my night! The tack salad is not the same without the bowl and they should bring it back. I greatly appreciated their candor specially making me one!

The food was excellent and had great service. My son was a little bit indecisive and the gentleman behind the counter took some time to help him choose. Would recommend!

I love Moe's, but not this location. Dirty, unfriendly, and not so great food. I'm not even sure where to start, but this place needs help! They no longer greet you and seem bothered when they have to work. The chips are soaked in way too much oil, taco shells were stale, and lettuce was brown. The floors and chairs are filthy. The kids meals are also not filling at all. 1 little taco shell folded in half for a kids quesadilla. How is that going to be enough for an average kid? They were also out of cookies for the kids and didn't offer an alternative, but of course, they charged the same price.
