Rude, nasty employees. The door says 10: 30 open hours. We knocked as the workers looked at us, rolled their eyes and kept moving around in the kitchen. Came online to discover different hours listed. Bad experiences here before and we should have taken that as a sign. Awful workers.

I will NEVER eat at this moes again! No cups for water. Then they want to charge you for a drink, but they "don't " have a small size. (Only a kids size). So they get you for a medium. 5 star customer service.

First my dad months ago. Now me too.

Had a mommy-son date with my 10 month old and we had a great time. We missed the lunch rush so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. The staff was so friendly to my baby boy. The food was FRESHLY made and well stocked and of course delicious. There are lots of options to choose from and plenty of healthy vegetarian choices for your and your little ones to enjoy. They even helped out this tired mama and gave me a small cup of corn because I was dumb and put jalepenos all over my Homewrecker Bowl burning my son's mouth when I tried to share with him.

For a place that just got done with a lunch rush, it was pretty clean! The tables, the floors, the food area and even the salsa bar. I was impressed & thought they must've changed their store hours and opened in the last 10 minutes.
My son wanted to walk around and explore and there were moments he tried to go too far away from mama and the staff was kind enough to gently guide him back closer to me. Which was great for me because I wasn't even paying attention since the food was so good

Will definitely be coming back

Decided to try the delivery option with Moe’s. Both of my homewreckers bowls where made wrong. Mind had a hair in the food. My side of salsa was rotten. When I tried to call the restaurant to make it right, they never answered the phone, and when it went to voicemail the mailbox was full and I couldn’t leave a message. This place used to be good and now it has fallen apart.

I just showed up at 10: 40 to get lunch for my staff. Sign said OPEN. LIGHTS ON. NO ONE THERE. DOOR LOCKED. NICE

When I order in person here, the food it great but if I order through uber or Door dash, the quality of food significantly declines. They don't place the same attention or care into creating the order.

They alter the order.to benefit who? I'm not really sure. Maybe to create less work. My order tonight, was beyond pathetic.

My partner always get a homewrecker buritto with extra steak. Tonight, he didn't get a home wrecker.not even close in size to a homewrecker.not to mention the lack of steak when I paid for extra.he maybe had a half a scoop. They couldn't even complete the order.because they didn't even place all the other ingredients. He was missing the peppers and sour cream. He actually debated on whether he received someone else's order.

Then my order was a chicken club quesadilla. Usually, this one comes out pretty good, even if you make it wrong but it sucked. Chicken was chewy and cold. I was given dark meat instead of white. Tortilla was supposed to be grilled but that must have taken too long considering that it barely browned. Portion size was also smaller than normal.

I usually come here quite frequently but if they can't treat my online order like my in person order, then I guess my business can go to a different franchise.

Food is good, employees are very helpful and on top of things, the restaurant is clean. 4 stars only because of cost. A bit high. Not terrible, but high. Still, great place and I will return.

Sad that they have changed to romaine lettuce. Iceberg lettuce just goes with tacos.
Quesadilla was not cooked enough. The cheese was not even melted.
And you can't understand what anyone is saying.
Will never be back.

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get orders correct. The last FOUR times I’ve ordered from this location specifically they have gotten it WRONG! I ordered a steak burrito - I got chicken. Next time around ; I order my burrito without beans, I get beans, next time I ordered my burrito I GOT A BURRITO BOWL. And finally tonight’s encounter I ordered guacamole, the ticket on the lid says guacamole and inside the container is queso. Every time I go to pick up the kid working looks high as a kite and reeks of weed. I’m literally so over this place but it’s the closest burrito spot to me after I’ve worked all day and want something quick. Dear managment: PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO LOOK AT THE TICKET. I’m usually so patient with these things but after working 13 hours at the hospital in the ICU I just want ONE ORDER to be correct!

Their salads were great but they will not tell you if they are missing an ingredient in your order unless you open your plate at home notice missing ingredients and drive back to address the issue.

Good, fast, tasty food. The tortilla chips are addictive. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to get vegetarian and meat eaters meals alike.

Turned away 45 minutes prior to closing. Noticed another review said the same. Just traveled 9 hours on the road and was ready to eat dinner and saw Moe’s closes at 10pm. We pulled up and parked. The doors were unlocked but the open sign was turned off. My husband walked in at 9: 15 pm and was told by a server that “their computer systems were down so they couldn’t do anything for us. ” If this is the case, which I highly doubt, at least should have locked the door and put up a sign. Very rude to turn away customers once already inside. Also pretty absurd the workers make this a habit. I will surely pass the message to not dine at this location.

Just tried to come here for the 2nd time on my way from home, and was turned away at the door… for a 2nd time 50 minutes before they closed… claiming the system was down… again.

Ugh. I've been to a location elsewhere in the past and have liked it but this one suffers from a lack of something. The food was not fresh, the dining room was not clean or tidy and the staff appeared irritated that we were there trying to get something to eat. The girl helping us never looked me in the eye the entire time and acted completely bored. The food was mediocre at best but could have been better had it been fresher/maintained better. They do provide chips with your food but I think we got the bottom of the bucket chips as they were mostly small fragments. That makes it hard to scoop anything with them. We ate our stuff quickly and left. This is the 2nd time we've been to this location and neither time has been good, thus the low rating. I like their food, but it takes more than just that.

Went in to get some tacos and the ground beef was super salty. Literally felt like I was licking seasonings.

When I walked in only one person said welcome to Moes and she didn’t even say it how you’re supposed to! Where is the excitement? ! Everyone there was just standing around talking about inappropriate things while one person actually worked. I love Moes, but this specific location has shown me poor management and motivation and lack of attention to detail with food. And the “Forks” were filled with nothing but spoons

I didn’t get a “WELCOME TO MOES” during this visit in an empty store.which maybe they do not do anymore… the food was good… customer service.not so much.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Don't do curbside or online pickup, the staff will just ignore you and not help.
