MÖGE TEE - Sandlake, Orlando FL

Very low quality, watered down and chunky cheese foam. Been to a few other locations that do a really good job but this is a first I have had a bad order of moge tea. Would recommend chain just not this location.
Update: Not the first I had this drink so I know what it tastes like… We also ordered another coco pineapple with cheese foam as a topping which also had the same problem. We got food poisoning from it… I would advise the manager to do a quality check on the food. Till then people should stay away from this location

The boba tasted disgusting, i felt like i was being poisoned. They refused to remake my drink too.

Oh man i tried this place a couple times but it's always a miss, the drinks always taste a bit watered down and just not right Meanwhile when i order the same drink from other branch like the one in downtown it's always good! I thought it was just me but when i asked my friends they thought the same thing.

Average taste of bubble tea store, no services at all. The two workers face to face are sitting on the chairs beside the order table. Nobody is greeting us when we were walkin and no any conversation at all. No sanitary their hands after playing their cellphone, directly make our drinks for us. No hat, no uniforms. Terrible management and health concerns. One time store for me.

I ordered 7 slushy bubble teas last night and they were all warm. I called and spoke with Diane, the manager and she was unwilling to do anything for us after spending almost $70. Please do not go to this location again if you are expecting cold slushies.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The slushies were completely watered down and the boba was warm. It was like drinking old dishwater. For the price I'm paying, these should be a lot better. I called to complain and the manager (Diane) would not do a single thing about it. Terrible customer service. No credit, no refund, no future discount - nothing.

Do you really need to check the video camera footage to trust a customer when one tells you the bubble tea slush was warm and nasty (by far, the worst I've ever had in my life) ? A good owner would apologize and make it right somehow. Upon taking the first sip, we all noticed there were no bits of ice (how a slushie would normally be) and it was incredibly warm. So warm, that the milk solids separated immediately while indoors in 50 degree weather. However, we were all having a good time with family so didn't bother to complain then. It was only this morning, when 5 out of the 7 people woke up with diarrhea and bloating that we knew something was off with the ingredients. Shame on you for such poor customer service.

Love the huge variety of teas! Very flavorful and generous on toppings. A bit slow on service but you can't go wrong with the teas!

Drinks were great, food was great.they had these digital ipad things you could order in, so no real interaction was needed.came out super quick, and they even had chinese translations.

I am obsessed with super fruit green tea. All the staff is amazing, Dianne and the girls are the best! Love it!

The drinks I tried were super awesome! I came from Bay area in California, where we have lots of bubble tea shops but Moge tea is very impressive to me! I highly recommend my ordered drinks with avocado / with ube / with taro. I can't remember the drink names but you can search in their ordering app!

Easy 10 minute drive from Universal Orlando Resorts, staff was friendly and the drinks were really good. Definitely recommend.

Came here with absolutely no forethought beforehand. Me and my friend just searched boba places and this place popped up. Its a absolute slay. Worth the money 100%.

We were only notified after order that they were out of boba, taro, or ube, basically half of the ingredients on the menu. Disappointed and frustrating experience.

Great atmosphere, Throwback Music, and also really cute photo spot. They have a large variety of drinks. I got the mango yogurt and finished it within a second. Delicious!

THE best place for bubble tea! A lot of choices and fast service. I would recommend the avocado tea. It’s so fresh!

Great service! And great taste! I got the large strawberry yogurt drink and my friends got other stuff. All of them are fantastic! Best boba place in Orlando!

The place is not too clean, The kirchen is, but I visited again Aug/19 and the sitting dpace could be cleaner.

Not bad, not great. My S. O.loves bubble tea, and the honeydew milk tea has grown on me quite a bit. We've been to a good handful of different bubble tea places over the years. Strangely, Moge was nothing like we're used to, our drinks weren't mixed, we paid extra for half ice and got no ice, and the flavor just was not very good.
