We had dinner at this location and the food was to die for. Everything was amazing. Their Mexican food was definitely authentic. The service was great. We will definitely be coming back.

She wanted to test the waitress's patience with ONE customer and it turned out that the table ended up insulting with very little professionalism. I asked for a glass of red Cabernet wine. I called her and asked her, "Basket, middle class, CEO, very little. " After a while, she came with ONE half glass of wine and said, ma'am. THIS is the average because I see her angry, I answered her for nothing, everything is fine I ordered 3 tacos, married, by the way, very delicious, I put onion and cilantro, she called her again, please bring me chopped tomatoes, yes, ma'am, I answered A little serial, I ate my tacos, very delicious. I had my wine and the bill was 16.59 plus taxes. It was late and I called her angry. She said, ma'am, please don't call me again. I said ok, give me my bill. It was 20 dollars and something. I gave her 100 dollars and I thought, let's see how she reacts now. She brings me the change. I get up and tell her, miss, 5 dollars are missing, well, what do you think you're angry, she said, miss, enough if you're stressed or have problems at home or at work, don't come here, download them or something LIKE THAT hahaha, I answered no, my love, I don't have any problems, much less stress, just that You have to learn to be patient with your customers and even more so when the restaurant is empty, only 2 customers. I was a bartender and waitress in Las Vegas for many years, darling, I'm 10 and I've never gotten out of hand with a customer. The customer is always right. I tipped him for more than the amount.half of what was consumed and I thanked him. What do you think, the test was good or I was too lavraya, answer me and please repeat my thanks to the restaurant and a pain reliever for the waitress you have no patience with their costumers, thank you very much and we will see you again.time

The music made you want to slit your wrists, the food tasted excellent, the girls who served me were very friendly.

The food wasn’t that bad but the service wasn’t good! The waitress Elisabeth gave us attitude when we ask for something we acknowledge she was the only server at the restaurant but the owners might want to hire more servers so that the girl don’t start giving attitude to costumers because of her overwhelming job

Terrible service, I ordered a dozen oysters as they had a bad smell, we waited for the food for almost an hour.

This use to be my fave place to get shrimp ceviche. It was $20 and was twice the size that I just received. They even bumped the price up to $25. I asked the waitress about the size and she said that’s the way it’s always been but then noted she hasn’t worked there very long. It was always double the size of this and in the styrofoam container. I just went to the one of collier 2 weeks ago and it was the correct size and $20. It’s disappointing I got 2 dishes to go and this was $45 for shrimp ceviche and 7 chicken flautas. Insane

We had the worst experience in a Mexican restaurant don't get me wrong the food was good I can't say anything about that but the costumer service was the worst they took like10 minutes to bring up the menu they didn't offer any sauce I have to ask first time I do that in a Mexican restaurant, only have one waiter and she didn't have any experience with people you have to explain and have a knowledge about the food that you offering in a restaurant I have to ask about every thing they only have a few people in front of us and they took like one hour to bring the food also they charge a fee of 13 dollar for tip like a restaurant I don't know is that allows you always tip depend on the service that you had so not good to do that honestly I will never comeback to this place good luck to everyone else that comes to this place.

Beans were stone cold, rice was too salty. I had chicken enchiladas and chicken wasn't even seasoned only a big piece of cotino cheese which wasn't melted. My husband and brother had something different but also had the same issues, cold beans and salty rice. 1st and last visit.

Haven't been here in North Naples location in little while. Food was decent but place has definitely gone downhill. Place is more expensive then Bayshore with zero lunch specials at all like Bayshore location. Slow inattentive service, 6 people including us total inside and food still took over 30 minutes. Waitress was too busy on phone and gossiping with female patron. No drink refills, didn't even offer. Bathroom was disaster. No toilet seat on toilet, dark, dank bathroom with zero papertowels. Won't go back anytime soon. I will drive the extra few miles to go to Bayshore location.

The food was not very good, very greasy and tasteless, two dishes with different names were ordered and they tasted like the same, the atmosphere is very bad, the music is very loud all the time and does not allow you to talk to whoever you are going to, there is a smell in the environment that we were never able to distinguish what it was, the truth is that it is unpleasant, in conclusion I would not recommend it to visit

Fantastic food. Not too expensive. Small place and short on wait staff. Only saw one staff person there while we had lunch.and only two other patrons. Waiter was very friendly but busy and easily distracted. Took a long time to pay the check and get out of there. Seems to do a big takeout business. Will go again, for the food, but will probably do takeout. Chile Rellenos were great.

Everything we had was good except the quesadillas. Got double tacos and margaritas cause they were that good. Quesadillas not so much but still 5 stars
