Molly Maid of Orange Park and SE Jacksonville

I am very pleased with thier cleaning service, they are very detailed and do an outstanding job cleaning everything in my house. This is the best Cleaning service that I have seen in the past three months. The two other services that I hired & fired before I contacted Molly Maids did not compare to thier outstanding service. We are very pleased with Molly Maids.

Put AC in the vehicles! And give these people a LIVING wage! Shame on Molly Maids and anyone that does business with them

I needed a one time move out cleaning and they delivered fast and easy. They were helpful to my specific needs.

Used Molly Maids a number of times when I had blinds, baseboards, light fixtures and fans etc.that needed cleaning. Very satisfied and very pleased to hire them to take care of these types of cleaning issues. They also have cleaned the rest of my house when I have needed them too.

Called yesterday to reschedule an appointment and were told that we "need to respect their schedule". I'm sorry, I believe this is a service company that we are paying. Customer Service means you do what is best for the customer, not ask the customer to do what fits into your schedule.

I went for an interview yesterday and wasn’t even interviewed i was asked how was my background and was i a criminal and he kept referring to me as “partna” and when i told him i had 1 speeding ticket he looked at me and shook his head and asked me is there anything else he would need to know about me and i told him no sir its only the speeding ticket and he said he wasn't hiring anymore people at this time and told me good luck and i believe its because i was black and he kept looking me up and down

Not professional at all they didn’t even give us a chance because were black went for an interview yesterday & he said we are going to call back wednesday or tuesday to let you know & sent an email today saying we can’t go ahead & also their customer service are terrible yesterday someone tried to call & they were rude because that person was trying to reschedule.they also posted a new job today crazyy

I thought I was getting a cleaning service. I needed my bathroom cleaned. I had surgery, no bending for 6 wks. My bathroom is very small so one lady cleaned the bathroom and the other lady started on the kitchen. I was planning on keeping the service even when I can go back to work. The lady that cleaned my bathroom was finished in 15min. I checked the bathroom; I was so disappointed. Toothbrush holder not clean, corner floor, title walls around sink, NOTHING was cleaned from my shelves, which means my shelf was not cleaned. I called the office they didn't seem to care, I paid $113 for what?
