As a public adjuster I've experienced the good, the bad and the ugly in the roofing business and I can honestly say that Molsbee goes the extra mile in ensuring that a homeowner is treated well. This review is based on an incident unrelated to a hired service. This is based on an incident that I had when my community's management team hires Molsbee Roofing to replace the roofs. Molsbee broke the main waterline at my apartment and I was not informed for many hours. I unknowingly ingested gallons of infected water! Longer story short: Zach reached out to me and apologized. He also promised to pay the difference incurred on the following months bill and when the following months bill arrived he told me that he would swing by end of day to drop off the balance. He never did and several days later when I attempted to contacted him; he ignored my calls and v msgs! Despite the management company's
approval and praise; I am complaining, because I was affected negatively by Molsbee negligence
Lowlife behavior at its best! Professionalism is doing what you say you're going to do; when you say you're going to do it!

Mark has an army of workers and knowledgeable supervisors installing new roofs in this 36 building condominium. The work has been done without any complaints or complications. Thank you Mark, Zach and Brenden!

Leo is great to work with, very responsive super nice and helpful and plus Molsbee did a fantastic job on completing my roof. If I can give them 10 starts I would.

Really poor quality and even worse customer service! Had to have the whole roof redone due to their incompetency.
